Love Rio but it’s 2024 this place needs more things for people to do like a rolling skating ring,go karts or adding a bowling alley A zip line going across the lake or even doing construction and have all that in one building and this place definitely needs better security guards definitely should look into a more top-tier security company Rio is constantly expanding and we can’t take chances.

They wanted to seat us at the front while there were lots of tables at the back. I asked if we could sit at one of the tables in the back. The host guy at the front got extremely rude. 'You wanna sit at the back? Sure, sit in the back.' He pointed rudely and walked away. This is the place where we have been tipping 20% consistently. Never again.

I was at Rio with my sister, that is older then me. With my aunt and uncle. When we first got there it was starting to rain. So we walked around the playground, and I was starting to notice this weird guy walking around my sister with his phone. When suddenly, his flash came on and took a picture of the side of my sister and walked away. I told my uncle about it, and he took a picture of the guys car which had his plate number. But it was bury, I was so disgusted. Now whenever I go back there, I make sure to always have anything that would protect me or anyone else. Even my sister. I hope this never happens again.

Food was not as good as usual, service was slow and dis-satisfactory. The ribs were returned as it was dry and terrible taste. Service was very slow due to being too busy and servers too. Busy. Silverware was delayed as it was still being washed. Overall - not the usual service and enjoyment that we used to have at this restaurant. They seem to be dropping the ball on standards.

A regular visitor to the restaurant, my spouse's dinner arrived at our table cold and clear it had been sitting for too long before serving to her. Without even asking, the server arrived and advised the meal was being removed from our bill. Things like this can happen but kudos for the immediate acknowledgement and doing the right thing. We will be back.

The food quality was just not up to its typically wonderful quality. The ceviche had way too much garlic and not enough lime or salt (it's typically a favorite of ours) and the fajitas came out with barely any onions and peppers. Plus, the carne asada didn't seem to be quite the same flavorful cut that it normally is. And the salsa was pretty watery. Has the chef or recipes changed?

Uncle Julio's has our absolute favorite food. The chips and salsa are the best! The fajitas are delicious. Our only complaint is the prices keep going up and the portions size keeps going down. Even the salsa bowls are smaller! It makes me sad.
