Made an appointment to get new tires and to have them balance and aligned. There were problems. However, everyone at Rice Tire worked hard to fix these problems and get my car back on the road. I really can not express how impressed I was with their service. Since then I have recommend them to friends and relatives. And I know of 3 people who have gone and received the same outstanding service that I received.

I had a tire rotation done at Rice Tire. They completed the service quickly, which was appreciated. However, I noticed that the tire pressure wasn't adjusted during the rotation. Since front and rear tires typically require different pressures, it would have been helpful if they had checked and adjusted them accordingly.

Tony, the service manager, was awesome. No wonder why the reviews are all great. Brought my car in to get a tire patched, they found the issue and had me on my way in under 20min. Everyone was cool and very respectful.

Just came back from doing oil and filter change and I couldn’t be more pleased.
The people seem to know exactly what they are doing, super nice and the place is immaculate.
Prices were more than fair and no one tried to upsell me on anything whatsoever.
From what I can tell the job was done well, too, but I’ll update when I need more work done.
I will be back!

Great service. Wonderful customer service. The service technicians are knowledgeable. The repairs to my car were completed with great satisfaction and good timing. The service manager was available to answer questions and kept me updated regarding the status of my car. Good experience overall.

Bad service, lousy service
Never even think about going there. The tires are the worst
I was scammed with a tire for more than $360 and it was damaged a few days later.

I bought a retreaded tire because the seller supposedly said it was almost the same as the new one. Unfortunately this tire didn't even last 3 weeks and when I went to get a solution they said they weren't responsible. It cost me $380 dollars
Don't go to this place because they are scammers and thieves.

I would not recommend this place to get an alignment. I felt that the person doing the actual work wasn't very knowledgeable about his equipment and how their computer performs with accuracy. Apart from from an alignment, I believe one can get better service and prices from their competitors.
