We just sold my Mother in Laws condo and she was very pleased. With Kate's guidance on the price and her intuitiveness the unit sold before it was even officially listed. Kate is the freaking best real estate agent! She is knowledgable, honest, professional, kind and has a good sense of humor. I felt so comfortable with her. I purchased my first home this year and the process was a breeze from beginning to end. My mom found and worked with Kate to sell and purchase another home. I decided to work with Kate after my mom's great experience. I referred Kate to my current landlord who is currently selling his home. I will continue to refer her because she really is amazing. After becoming a personal representative of an estate, I had an outdated townhome that needed to be sold. I immediately called Kate to help. She walked me through every single step! She offered valuable advice about how to prep the home for the market and checked in throughout that process. Within 4 days of being on the market, there were 8 offers!! Kate walked me through each contract and explained everything to me. She answered every question I had, and there were a lot. Kate made this home sale a breeze. We bought a house and thought everything was great. until we got hit with fines for stuff that wasn't permitted. Kate was informed of the issues and still did NOT tell us. She was in a hurry to get us to sign to help the seller not us (buyers). Very bad shady business I would NOT recommend unless you want hefty fines added on to you mortgage.

I can't say enough amazing things about Kate Snyder as our Agent! She not only answered every question we had, which pretty much was all the time, but also pointed out (I guess from experience) thoughts we might not have had ,,,right there on the spot. She navigated us through the whole buying experience and made it so less stressful, and even joyful! I would recommend Kate (and have after this experience) to everyone looking for a great realtor.

Kate is diligent and honestly one of the hardest working realtors I have dealt with. She is always available for questions and/or concerns. She does what she says and always in a timely manner. If I could give Kate 10 stars out of 5, I would. My wife and recently decided to purchase a home here in Maryland. Kate came highly recommended from some local friends that we trust - and we're glad they recommended her. Kate went out of her way to make time for us to look at houses (even when it would take a 30+ minute drive to get wherever we were going). She was proactive in finding homes for us to look at that fit our criteria. Where she truly shone, though, was during the final days of purchasing our home. There were some unforeseen difficulties during our closing, and Kate was right in our corner the entire time ensuring that my wife and I were taken care of.

She is a true professional and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are taken care of.For example, in my last closing with Kate, the other realtor tried to slip an extra cost in at the last moment.
