Unlike the other Quest locations, having an appointment at this one doesn't mean you'll be attended to on on time and as scheduled. It's a long wait regardless.

the best lady for taking ur bloodwork. but nobody answers the phone ever.for that im upset but leaving 3 starsanyway. .how can you get results or find out if your open if nobidy picks up the phone?

They go to lunch at 12. If your calling at 11:35 they wont answer the phone, and will pretend to be gone. I then walked in at 11:40- not one patient is there. I called the phone again, in front of the employee which rang, and then they answered. She then proceeded to tell me I need my mask on when I was more than 6 feet apart and just had a question to ask. Totally ridiculous and unprofessional. This emoyee clearly doesn't want to work.

Waited 2 hours for a blood draw because the label machine or whatever broke and they couldn’t actually label any of the tubes drawn. I ended up leaving because after 2 hours they were no closer to getting the machine running and because it had been TWO HOURS. Rescheduled for elsewhere. Last time I was here the check-in machine was broken, now they can’t even get the sticker printer to work. Never bothering with this location again. Quest didn’t give this place a landline phone so if something goes wrong the folks working here have to use their cell to call in for help. Except!!! The cell service in Safeway is abysmal - you get 1 bar max and the signal WILL drop. So basically: DONT COME HERE

Excellent service today inside this Safeway Store location. I have no appointment, but my presence was acknowledgement as soon I step into the room. Only one worker works in this location but she manages everything well. I waited for a while because other customers had appointments, but she was very accommodating and was able to fit me in between two slot appointments.

Most of the phlebotamists here are great, but the short elderly lady with the accent hit a nerve in my arm and then insisted I was wrong, she had not hit a nerve or she wouldn't have been able to draw the blood. It was like fire shooting all the way into my hand! If you come in and she's working, I suggest you leave and come back another day!

If you want or need lab results in a timely manner DO NOT USE QUEST. It has been 12 days and I'm still waiting for results. If I had been informed by the tech that results take 2-3 weeks to receive I would not have had blood drawn with this company. Absolutely ridiculous. Now I see why there is no waiting. The company cannot produce the results efficiently.

I used to drive to Rockville for my lab work. Never again! This location is so convenient for those of us living in Montgomery Village/Gaithersburg. The technician, Blossom, is very kind and professional. She immediately put me at ease. I would trust her with my mother or my grandkids. And the online appointment system is very easy to use.

Excellent service!!No wait; Angela and Blossom are the best. Blossom did the blood draw in a very professional manner . It was a very quick in & out. awesome experience. i had out of state provider's order and Shady groove location were unable to find a way to bill out of state provider but Angela was knowledgeable when i spoke to her over the phone. did not get a chance to meet her but the other tech Blossom- too was very knowledgeable, pleasing and an expert of her field. Blood draw was never so quick and painless. awesome!!
