“This location will have my business so long as I'm living anywhere in the area. I've been using them for 8+ years now and never had an issue. I had a major problem today with a company I was returning an item to claiming that it had never been shipped or scanned for tracking. Of course I'd misplaced my receipt from Parcel Plus showing that I had shipped the item for return. I called up Parcel Plus and spoke to Kevin who went above and beyond to help me with the time sensitive return. After a few phone calls and screenshots in emails, it seems that the issue is sorted out (fingers crossed!!).
