PRIME Performance Athlete Training offers just what's been missing for the serious H.S. baseball player and the younger aspiring H S. baseball player in our area. Professional Strength & Conditioning training is at the core of PRIME. Tommy Johnson and his well trained, super motivated staff set up each athlete on their own path toward weekly progress. For my son, this has led to an increase in explosive power, quickness, speed, and range at Shortstop plus a real measurable increase in batting power.In addition, PRIME offers separate Hitting, Throwing, and Pitching instructions geared toward building power. My son has always had a wicked arm at Short but it was a pleasant surprise to see his INF VELO go from a very good 86mph to 95mph in the course of one summer and fall! Yep 95mph! Those improvements attracted a lot of attention and genuine interest from schools during the Showcase season.My son just committed to a D1 baseball program. Our family couldn't be happier. And it is not surprising that a number of similar H.S. players all workout at PRIME encouraging each other to improve. The area has some pretty good H.S., Travel, and Showcase baseball programs...what's been missing is the professional, comprehensive and well laid out athletic training program Tommy Johnson put together at PRIME. Players are becoming their best athletic selves.

Five stars and high fives to Tommy and his team at Prime Performance. My son received excellent coaching, training and support in his quest to become a better baseball player and achieve his goal of making his high school team. Tommy, Josh, Vinny and the entire team are great professionals who really care about helping young athletes realize their full potential both athletically and as good human beings. It is a very supportive environment that encourages young athletes to work hard and achieve results.

Great place for baseball preformance training with extremely professional staff. Everyone starts with an evaluation and then provided with a individualized plan to take your preformance to the next level. Tommy was able to find a deficiency in my son’s ankles that the other local facilities dIdnt bother checking for. Highly recommend!!!

Prime Performance is the perfect baseball training facility! It is a very structured environment that has a variety of coaches who can help develop each of your baseball skills. Prime performance has provided me the development necessary to give me an opportunity to play division 1 baseball!

This place is magical. Before I found this place I was on the line to make my Highschool baseball team. After I found this place I ended up being one of the best on my team and have college baseball in the future hopefully. This place has technology that no other sports places has on this earth. Tommy is one of the greatest people you will ever meet and there staff there makes it like a family. The people that train there make it amazing and I’m wanting to be there every day. If you want to play baseball and have a family to train with you should definitely go to Prime.

Hands down, Prime Performance is the best place to develop as an athlete, a baseball player, and a person. Tommy and his team will make sure you get the best experience while absolutely trying their best to help you reach your goals. I first showed up to Prime weighing 185 lbs. Taking advice from Tommy, I gained 30 lbs in less than two years. Working out at Prime has made me stronger and more flexible than ever as well. I recommend Prime Performance to any athletes even for non baseball players!!

Regardless of whether you are interested in private skills lessons, small group clinics or strength and conditioning, Tommy and his team are top notch. They assess and develop individualized programs designed to meet your kid's (or your own) needs and goals. Tommy fans the fire inside your child to bring out his/her best and teaches them to take care of their bodies for the rest of their life.
