Not the best level of service at this branch location. I am surprised that this branch is still open. The one in Rockville by the Towne Center used to be nice.

Called, needed a teller, it was 3p and none were available. I need help getting a credible copy of my transaction history for my mortgage lender. Needed the pages stamped and signed. They said they had no idea what I was talking about and a teller would call me in the morning about it. It's been 21 hours and not heard from them. I don't need this. Switching banks

Horrible experience when I came to casing a government check the teller just look me twice saw the check and ask the other person and “said we cannot cashing this one for you” when the institution banking with them.

Lost my debit card, Had to do a mobile check in to be seen. I hate having to check in this way. after waiting for 10 minutes and arguing about the check in process they could not get me a replacement card on the spot. waist of time PNC Hopefully I won't be a customer for long.

I have been a customer for the past 9 years and I went there for 2 tasks and one service issue. I needed to unlock my access to my account because I tried so many times to log in into my online bank to download my bank statements, I am about to start a new job the first week in August, since I was unemployed for 5 months with no benefits, and I needed the bank statements downloaded to my flash drive, I also wanted to find out if I could obtain a hardship loan to tide me over until my first paycheck. I read several articles online that banks are capable of providing this service to their customers.However the person (Rosa) who was assisting me couldn't even help me with anything I needed, so I made a wasted trip to the bank. I feel that as a loyal and good customer they could have at least tried to help me with one my requests. What good is a bank if they can't assist a customer during hard times. The bank look devoid of staff, the initial person who assisted me was very cold, unsmiling and very distant. Over all I experienced poor customer service.

DO NOT USE THE ATM. More than once I've had to use this branch's ATM and it wouldn't even let me withdraw $300! It also doesn't let you select an amount like $54 or $63, you always have to do an exact denomination. I couldn't even make a DEPOSIT into their ATM either! It took the money but then kept saying 'please put in stack of bills' which I already did! So I took the money back and left. Those ATMs are HORRIBLE.
