The owner has a preconceived notion about black people. I went here for years and saw her get into it with black people. I didn't think anything of it until it happened to me. The epiphany had was that she only handled her black customers in the manner in which we were handled. I had a legitimate complaint about a miscommunication of pricing and she assumed I was trying to get over. Now that I have read the other reviews and see that other people also leave there with flaky scalp maybe the products are the problem. I digress. Don't spend your black dollars with Planet hair even though she is black too. Someone let her know she is black though.

Love this salon. I take my kids here and they leave happy every time my girls get box braids and their locs retwist sometimes they get a blow out done everything they do is great.Service: Box Braids

The ladies are nice but they don’t know what they are doing, I had 3 appts with different ladies, they don’t have a good technique to cut hair.

I made an appointment a day before. When I went for my appointment, I was told that I was not in their book. This was a waste of time and poor customer service. No steps were taken to try to remedy the situation.
