Three months ago I was looking at knee surgery. The pain in my knee prevented me from doing stairs and even walking with comfort. Shots did not help.Natalia was able to reduce the pain in my knee despite the arthritis. She was upfront with me, allowing that she could not cure arthritis but could help with some of the pain. The swelling has subsided and I am now doing stairs and my two mile daily walk with comfort. She is great at explaining the issues and the treatment.Everyone, in the Center including Baruch, has been friendly, welcoming and professional. I highly recommend them.

Was shopping for physical therapy service. Called their number. Got the machine but left my information. Several hours passed. No reply. So I decided to stop in at the Center. I had some questions and wanted to see the facility. The door was locked. No message or company name on the door. Only 105. So I called again. This time got an answer but in explaining to a man what had happened the owner Natalia Gerachenko invaded the conversation and in very rude tones insisted on knowing my name, wouldn't even let me ask my questions, said the door was supposed to be locked and that if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else which I will do. Would find it hard to work with someone of that temperament.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Manual therapy, Communication, Education.Such a positive, helpful physical therapy center!I know that when I am with Natalia, her mind is always working on my condition. She also dedicates quite some time on education, answering all my questions and paying attention to my concerns. I’m so happy to have found a physical therapist that emphasizes manual therapy approaches and techniques.I can not recommend Natalia and her wonderful team enough!

I can not recommend this place enough!! From my very first visit with Natalia, I felt I was in great hands. Professional, friendly, and very accomodating staff. I continued therapy throughout my second and third trimesters of being pregnant, and was SO well taken care of! I will gladly return should the need arise,

The best thing I like about this group is that they really listen to what your issue is and help you and encourage you. Small steps are okay as they add up to a good outcome. When you are having a bad day they are very sympathetic. If you have a schedule problem and need another appointment, they try very hard to fit you in by adjusting the schedule. They have a very special therapist, a four legged beautiful black standard poodle that is fantastic! Everyone loves him. This office is also open late which is good for people that are working. I feel so lucky to have found this place.

Very friendly and clean office. I've been suffering from a herniated disc for 5 years and after visiting a Chiropractor I was in pain for over a year. After a month of receiving treatment from Natalia the pain has now subsided and I can finally walk, sit, stand without issues. She really knows her stuff!! I 100% trust her and the team with everything. I highly recommend this practice. Other therapy centers I've been to felt so impersonal. Natalia's practice really makes you feel like they do care about their patients.

I have been coming to PTPROCENTER and have had wonderful relief for an old arthritic back and other muscle groups when needed. Beyond the physical relief all the personnel are wonderful to deal with. I recommend this practice to everyone.
