“Shea, our 9 mo. G.S, just got back from PetSmart grooming. WOW! We have been going here for a while with other pets and it’s always been good; this time was GREAT. Carla made our dog look incredible, with just a wash and brush. Plus, Shea is still a pup and very crazy and that did not bother them in the least. Thank you Carla and the rest of the grooming staff- great job!!!!”
“I recently visited Elysiem in Potomac, MD, with my puppy Coco for her first grooming session, and I was thoroughly impressed by the entire team’s kindness and professionalism. From the moment we walked in, everyone, especially our groomer Ashley, made us feel incredibly welcome. They treated Coco with such care and gentleness, ensuring her grooming experience was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.The attention to detail was fantastic. Coco came out looking adorable with a lovely bow, and the treats she received, which she adored, were a thoughtful touch. The whole experience at Elysiem was a testament to their commitment to providing excellent service and genuine care for their furry clients.I’m truly grateful to Ashley and the entire team at Elysiem for making Coco’s first grooming experience so positive. “It was a GREAT to experience the Super Pet Expo this past weekend 8/28/20-8/30/2020.The event was superbly run. The crowd, vendors and workers were enthusiastic and energetic.All health protocols were followed. There was great entertainment for pets, kids and adults.The producer of the event Eric, was always present making guests, vendors and especially pets feel welcome and safe.Special thanks to the clean up crew responding to pet’s accidents. “I visited the shelter to adopt my cat in 2018. He's such a happy, healthy, and playful baby! My family is really happy with him and we're very happy with all of the support we have received. We even had one of our beloved dragon lizards incinerated here because we didn't know what to do. The staff is amazing and I love the convenience of the location.”

“Got my first pet fish and plants from here way back, its been like 5 years and the fish made babys with there brothers and sisters and died shortly, but I still have a big snale that came with one of the plants his name is gary. If you have kids or are a kid go there and get pets everything you could imagine is there, ocourse there arent really any exotic animals but if want a pet come here.”

“The store has a great selection of seed, birdhouses, and decorations. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I stopped in a while ago while we were just window shopping, and again today for binoculars. Each time I was greeted by helpful people who were knowledgeable and welcoming. I highly recommend this store for excellent service and selection!”
