Staff was nice, but lacked haste. Often times, I had to reach out for updates after being told by their team that I’d be reached out to that day (or days prior). The wrong parts were ordered, further delaying progress. It took 3 weeks after receiving a quote for them to start working on the car. It remained at their shop for another ~5-6 weeks - and the work still was not completed/ fully drive-able.
Body work performed looks good, but all work internal to the car either a) did not get completed or b) had to be redone by my mechanics (who I ultimately had the car sent to to get it right). They tried to outsource electrical tasks to another shop, but it was punted back 2 weeks later with no progress.
For example, I was charged for a new battery by Paintmasters that had to be replaced weeks later. My mechanic shop suspects the electrical issues I experienced with the car (which did not exist prior to leaving it with Paintmasters) may have been created due to lack of careful handling of battery and other electrical components within the car while welding and other grounding-adjacent tasks were being performed. Who knows (which in itself, is a problem)?
I don’t like giving out bad ratings, but the extra work that I needed performed downstream to my car after getting it back from them was not cool at all. Regardless, I paid (quite a bit) for services that were unsatisfactory.

Paintmaster's is great. I had my front bumper painted. They did an awesome job. The color match was impeccable. They completed the job within the estimated time. It looks like they even washed the car after it was done. The paint job came with a 7 year warranty. Everyone is nice, professional, and honest.Service: Painting

My Murano 2018 had scratches, dents, bumps and bang up fender and dented hood I gave it to Paint Master for body work it took a short while but the wait was worth it, my car looks brand new now and getting lots of compliments. Highly recommended Thank You Paint Master.Services: Painting

Had a minor fender bender near home in Virginia and am waiting for a chance to get it fixed. Heading up 270 north the damaged fender came loose so we pulled off the road and searched for the closest repair place to stableize it. Paintmasters came up and we went there. They stableized the fender so we could get back on the road to our destination in PA and refused to take any money, not even as a thank you. Great company!Service: Body & Trim

These guys are trustworthy folks.They did a good job on my car.The only issue that I had was it took longer than what they told me to fix my car. However, they were responsive and updated me each time I called.

I dropped my car off October19th. I have been repeatedly told. In a few days. We will have your car ready next week. We are waiting on parts. The latest was Monday December 7th. I was told my car would be ready by Tuesday evening. Its is Wednesday. I haven't heard a word from the owners or managers. They asked for$1,500upfront for parts. I paid them. I came in two weeks later and paid the remaining balance$1,062. I was told by 5 auto body shops. This job takes at least 7 days or less. I don't believe I will get my car back this week. That would be two months paint masters would have had my car. They are lying to me about something.Services: Body & Trim

Two different accidents with a post in a parking garage took me to Paintmaster's with my 2019 car. Both repairs were done impeccable!!!!! The Dealership repair wanted almost two times as much. The paint is a "three stage" and it looks wonderful. They gave me A seven year warranty.
