“I recently took my car to Winkler Automotive and, man, am I impressed! Booked an appointment on their website and got in the very next day. I left my car at 7:30 in the morning, and by 3:30, they were all done. They did a ton of work...new brake pads and rotors, brake fluid flush and replace, coolant refresh, and even managed to get out a super stripped oil drain pan nut before doing an oil change. They did all this and finished everything $200 under the quote they initially gave me! The quality of the work is top-notch, and the value unbeatable. “I had a misunderstanding on my part, I called and made a complaint, I don't believe I was rude or anything of the sort, if anything confused. I don't want to go into exact details of this circumstance because I'd hate for it to become a trend to get free work done. But nonetheless Len, worked on my car and explained to me and showed me even in my manual what my car needed. I was honestly completely embarrassed and I felt really bad and I had full intention of paying for the work because initially I was told I would be taken care of, but once realizing I was the one in the wrong, I was going to pay. Len insisted it was on them and I felt leaving this review could be the least I could do to bring in more clients for these guys. Service is phenomenal, patient, and all around very nice. So if you guys need some work done, go to this specific Jiffy Lube, I highly doubt you'll regret it, especially with it being under new manager by again, Len.”

“We got our inspection done here, it was so easy to make an appointment, they were done in less than an hour, very good at communicating and prompt. The waiting area was pretty small and right next to the bathrooms so it didn't have the best aroma, but there's a McDonald's across the street that you can wait at as well.”

“Over the weekend I had trouble starting my car. I told myself that next week I should get it looked at. I didn't get a chance because my battery died. I had to get my car jump started and took it to the nearby Liberty Auto Gas Station. I needed a new battery (it lasted 8 years!) and the alternator had a couple of bad diodes and needed replacement. The parts came in the next morning and I got the car back in the afternoon. The costs for parts and labor was about what I had expected for a job like this.
