Everyone in New Funding Resources were great. They are true professionals that understand the investors need. They focus on the investment and don’t tie you up with all the red tape. The lady that I spoke with was very high and mighty vs helpful. She questioned my figures (I'm a realtor -_-). When I told her that their requirements were more strict than others I had spoken to and I thought I might go another way, she just wanted to argue about how I was probably wrong. Basically she wanted to be the smartest person in the room and rather than work with me, she seemed to be working against me. She then insinuated I was wasting her time and hung up on her. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. 0/10 would not recommend.Even your response to my review is to continue to belittle my knowledge and my skill when you don't know me, my career or what I'm capable of. I have renovated multiple properties before, but never a fix and flip. So sure, I'm new to that piece of it I guess, but I KNOW a lot more than you are giving me credit for. I'm a seasoned Realtor in MY area. Not yours. MINE. You, yourself, even said you typically refer folks from my area to a Richmond lending team, because they know the market better. You are foolish and are a little high up on your horse. You want to talk red flags? Have the owner call me. As an agent who deals with Investors regularly, I will always shy them away from using your firm. Out of the several companies I've talked to, you have been the only one who has been rude and judgmental. Everyone else is ready to earn my business.

The people at New Funding saved me during, probably one of the worst crises of my life, saving my home.Due to some life altering circumstances, my only option was a hard loan and reading through reviews, I've always been both suspicious and careful regarding reviews that were either paid review services or script-bots. Most times, you don't really know who to trust.Kyle and in particular, Melissa were not just awesome, but have been and continue to be considerate. Not to mention the leniency of the expectations of their draw goals.Overall, I'm pleasantly surprised and relieved.

From the beginning with new funding my experience was vary good to say the least. Was able to get Melissa on the phone each and everytime. (Unlike other lenders I won't mention)If I had any concerns or worries she practically spelled out what it was I was after!As well as their fees are quit competitive!We are closing tomorrow so I will come back and add to my review at the end as for my total experience.
