We bought our house with Nawal in 2020. We thought we were making a good deal and she was honest with us. We even put a good review at that time because she insisted of doing it.During the inspection, there was a crack in the house, so we asked her about it. What should we do ? She told us it’s not a big deal and no need to talk about it to the seller, and just make the offer. Which we did because we trusted her.Any real estate agent would have advised us at least to hire a structural engineer to check the crack and then have the choice to negotiate a lower price or move back from buying the house.3 years later, we found out that the crack is a BIG deal because it’s active. We hired a structural engineer and made an estimate which is going to cost us $35k to fix it. When we spoke with her on the phone, she said “Yes it’s my fault. I told you it’s not a big deal because otherwise you wouldn't have bought the house, we would have lost the deal”.She recognized over the phone that it was her fault and was going to help me to fix it. But 2 days later, she sent us an email with the buyer agreement that we signed and told us we are responsible for everything. Why did we hire her then ?Be aware of signing buyer agreements, because you can get screwed and she’s just thinking about making deals.

Let me start by saying this lady is God sent. We were not recommended by anyone to use Nawal as our realtor but circumstances made us meet with her and we are proud that we decided to use her as our realtor. We listed our home with Nawal and her services ran far above expectations throughout the process. Although we interviewed a few other agents, her market estimates were much more accurate and the additional services she provided at no cost added significant value (pre-inspections and staging) and helped us get the best results. Her guidance throughout the process was excellent. She worked hard to both get our business and didn’t stop her efforts until settlement was completed. We are so happy to have sold and bought a home with Nawal. The home we sold was an MPDU in Montgomery County so it was a little more work to go through the County's procedures but Nawal made it so easy for us. She made our house look great and had a great attention to detail in our home buying process. I'd definitely recommend her to others who are looking to buy or sell a home.
