Worst IT support ever. Promised our company same day support when interviewed but then only if more than 1 person in the office has the same issue. They are terrible with response time, and they can't understand that our working hours are 6am-2pm. If you email for support at 6am on a Monday, they might get back to you Tuesday at 2:22pm when you have left for the day. They blame us for not being available. Worst IT company!!! They don't fix anything just give you stupid work arounds that make work less productive.

Nauticon is the BEST copier company in Maryland. They have provided us multiple machines at 4 different companies for the past 25 years, from DC to Balto and their service, prices and professionalism is outstanding. If your copier or scanner is down they are on site to repair w/in hours, no questions asked. My scanner went down this AM in the middle of our annual audit and Mr. Larry got the IT "pro from dover", Mr. Jarrod, to take over our computers and copier and fix the problem in minutes. They are the BEST! Would not consider anyone else. Thanks.
