I have been banking for years in this institution. Today 1/4/24 I referred my brother to open an account with M&T because I have always received great customer service. This afternoon we arrived 30 minutes before closing time and were greeted 3 minutes before 4PM by Jessica. I also have to say that No one even greeted us when we first arrived at the Bank. She then asked a series of question about what we were looking for. We responded that we wanted to open a checking account and that we were always happy with M&T Bank. Then Jessica carefully reviewed our documents and she told us that she couldn’t help us and that they were closing at 4PM. I felt disappointed with her. We felt her decision was biased after looking through our documents. The transaction also felt like she was rushing us out of the bank. It also look like she didn’t want to be there and she wasn’t interested in helping anyone after 3:30Pm. I guess will take our business elsewhere since we are not welcome there.

Very nice and knowledgeable personnel. I would recommend it. Plus, if you speak Spanish and want to deal in your language, this is the bank!

For some reason, I find this branch is more helpful than some other branches. Opened an account in another branch in May, 2022 and that guy never ordered the checks for me, which I was supposed get for free. A teller named Catalina Canales in this branch ordered the checks for me. She was very helpful and friendly. I wish they didn't charge me $25 for a key that was questionable to begin with. I would recommend this branch to others.

I don’t appreciate Jessica or whatever her name was questioning me, about money I wanted to withdrawal. And if she wants to be so nosey it’s my account- I’m legal representative of whatever my grandmother had since passing. So yes it is my money and more will be coming. She didn’t need to be looking all through my acct. I provided you with my card and I’d. Don’t treat people like that because you know nothing or what a person is going through. It’s ok to see young people with money. Question me about checks etc when a tellerAt another bank did non of that. Be more self-aware. There are people out here with a bag. Showed animosity.Unprofessional.

I went to this location to withdraw money during my lunch. First, I noticed there were no ATMs. Secondly, only one teller was working both the drive thru and the lobby. And lastly, I waited nearly 20 minutes for a simple withdrawal. Unacceptable.

I sat at the window for 45mins because they couldn’t believe I had more money in my account them them. Pamela and Jose continue to say they were just doing they’re job which I now assume is a detective. If you ever want to be treat like lower class, please go here

In April I opened an account based on a mailing for a $300 bonus for opening an account and leaving the money for 6 months. It's now January and they are refusing to give the bonus even though I met the requirements. Stay away from this bank. They wasted my time and my money.
