Over the past year, our team has been establishing a new business and have used Mosaic for IT services. It goes without saying, that in starting a business, the way you think things should be, ultimately need to change. Mosaic has been spectacular at timely responses to our evolving needs regarding website, IT services, etc. Nicely done!

Josh Martin has helped me multiple times with website and email issues and recently, with some majore Microsoft 365 issues. He is patient, explains things in lay person terms and goes above and beyond when he works with you. I thought I had lost 5 years worth of documentation on my business when I switched computers and upgraded to Windows 11, but Josh found it all for me in an old One Drive account! I was astonished and grateful to him for fixing this issue which I thought was unsolvable. He and Mosaic Data provide the best technical and customer support than any other online service I have worked with!

Jason, I just wanted to share some feedback about our project!! Tanya and Josh were simply great to work with!!! The site got rave reviews from leadership and we can not wait to share it with the rest of the company next week. Josh was super patient when it came to all our questions. Tanya, was great at leading the project and keeping us(Capital) focused on content. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner to work with. Analytic Design & Mosaic Data Services (ADMDS) has been hosting my firm’s website since 2015, and they have always provided first-rate services at reasonable prices. I asked them to redesign the site and convert it WordPress – and I couldn’t be happier with the result! In addition to restructuring the site, they suggested new content and provided eye-catching graphics and headers that have tremendously improved its messaging. Throughout the development process, they took care to understand my needs, acted promptly to my requests for minor modifications, and provided excellent suggestions to improve the site’s effectiveness. In all, ADMDS did an outstanding job and I would not hesitate to recommend their top-quality services to others. Kudos!

Everyone we have worked with has been very helpful. Tanya was great in explaining why we were having issues and coming up with a plan to mitigate those issues. Josh and Jon have always been extremely responsive to any request or question we have had.
