We didn't even get a chance to get anything done. We were looking for a vacuum because we spilled something on the backseat. We happened to pull into the vacuum area because we really weren't sure where to go because nothing was marked at all, and a guy came up to our window and started shouting at us. Then another woman came over to us and shouted at us some more. And I'm not exaggerating, they were full on shouting and waving for us to leave. The whole car wash turned to look. Now, understand that while we were only looking for a vacuum, we would have been more than happy to go through the entire wash if needed. We had made an honest mistake and already felt a bit embarrassed by it, so to be yelled at to leave in front of the whole car wash was truly mortifying. I don't normally leave a review like this, but do not give these people your business. They don't deserve it. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I haven't been there in awhile but the service this time (7/29) wasn't very good. My car didn't get vacuum very well. It wasn't wiped down at all. When I got home streaks ran down the side of my car from the water run off. Tires wasn't wipe down. Now you don't offer free air fresheners? What made it so bad there wasn't any other customers there but me and I saw atleast five or six employees...I always tip for good service this time I was ripped off. Sorry but I will not use your car wash again.

Avoid at all costs. Earlier this month, I decided to use the Montgomery Village Car Wash, and it turned out to be a terrible decision. During the wash, the machine punctured my tire, leaving me stranded for 4 hours. What's worse, not a single staff member was willing to assist or help me contact the owner or manager. I have clear video and photographic evidence of the entire incident. They proceeded to close shop & completely turn their back on me.
When I called the car wash afterward to get more information and resolve the issue, they hung up on me and ignored my voicemail to call back. This is completely unacceptable customer service. To add insult to injury, I wasn't even refunded for the car wash that caused damage to my vehicle and came out of pocket over $1000 to resolve everything because I needed two fresh tires for my AWD system along with mounting.
This organization clearly does not value its customers or take responsibility for their equipment's failures. I strongly urge everyone to avoid Montgomery Village Car Wash and find a more reputable place for your car washing needs. Save yourself the hassle and potential damage.

I paid $25 for platinum services. They were awful, barely cleaned my car and ignored me as they watched me and my fiancée complete the cleaning/wiping of windows and inside of my car. Horrible services all around. Don’t waste your money!!

I have been a loyal patron of Montgomery Village car wash for over 10 years. The team works hard and does an excellent job on the interior and exterior cleaning of my car. The platinum package gets the job done and occasionally I will throw in mat cleaning. Keep up the good work, team. We appreciate your service.

I purchased a 4 platinum wash with rubber wash it cost me $30 ,I was disappointed with the work, they don’t clean properly and and doesn’t wipe down inside very poor service

Terrible service I paid for the most expensive wash they offer since my truck hadn’t been cleaned since the winter months, I was so disappointed in the service, there was visible dirt all over my white truck , which leads me to believe the rags they used to dry and clean the outside and inside were dirty, I had to call one of the guys over to clean off some of the dirt, he rushed through cleaning off the access dirt as if the place was busy, I will never use this car wash again.

This place was good in the past, currently they give bad service, the owner is miserable, she puts so much pressure on the employees that she doesn't let them do their job well, I don't recommend this place anymore.
