They are going out of business. Everything is marked down. I got a King Size bed and box spring. Plus a big gigantic entertainment Center for no more then $100 all together.

Not worth the trip, supposed store closing sale but prices had been so “marked up” that the 50-70 percent discounts offered were nothing even close to a steal, I felt bad for the other customers who were falling for their scrupulous marketing ploy.

Amazing place to find great lightly used furniture, lamps, rugs, art. Sadly, after 30 years in business, they are closing soon. Currently all art is selling for $15, $25, and $35, depending on size. All furniture is also on sale. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I ended up here because I am decorating a home and they claim that they are going out of business so the prices should be competitive.PROS: I went on a Sunday and they weren’t very busy so it was easy to get the attention of the sales team. Make sure you go upstairs where the accessories are on sale the main show room and then the huge warehouse in the back. There’s lots and lots of lots of items to choose from. Since they claim they are closing the store, which most of them said wasn’t until March, the accessories were on sale for 50%off and anything with a blue tag on. It was an additional discount that they didn’t give a specific percentage, so I guess it was negotiable.CONS: As far as prices go, I wasn’t impressed. Definitely go in there Educated about what you want and what the prices are for those items in other stores. Their discount pricing was similar to stores like Wayfare, overstock, HomeGoods, HomeSense, at home, etc. I did receive a blue ticket that allowed me to receive a small or medium piece of artwork for free, no purchase necessary. That motivated me to go back upstairs and look at the artwork. As a result, I ended up buying two additional pieces of art, so that promotional incentive worked on me. The prices for the rugs are way way way overpriced. Especially because it appeared that many of them were used and dirty. The lamps and the artwork were reasonably priced with decent selection. This is in the upstairs section.Overall, it’s just OK. Maybe as they get closer to closing the store, the prices will be more reasonable. However, it’s not worth me making another hour long drive back up there I’ll get the newsletter and think about it.

We were very disappointed in this place. While it had a wide array of furniture there were few sets. Lots of single dressers, single lamps, single chairs instead of a pair of bed side tables or a pair of pillows. However, the amount of dust and dirt was the most off putting part of the experience. I actually put my Covid mask on it was so dusty and if you touch the furniture your hands come back filthy. Prices were so so, some good others way out of line. Overall, I will not visit again.

I just can't with the prices. This is used furniture, not high-end, but is priced as high, if not higher, than purchasing the same pieces brand new.

This store was recommended via another customer and I was not disappointed. I was looking for a specific end table; I had no name only a picture. I tried other stores but they were either very quick to brush me off or gave me the run around. When I presented the picture, she took the time to help me find the item. It was honestly a pleasant shopping experience and I will definitely be coming back soon, great customer service. BTW the name of the table was Acrylic X end table and it was so pretty.

I had the most lovely experience today at the Model Home Clearance Center in Gaithersburg. I met Kevin who thought I was a frequent customer only for him to find out I was a 1st time customer at this location. Kevin was truly a blessing in so many ways. Chuck with his amazing talent with refurbishing furniture. Reem and Lena closed it out with their expertise and finalizing my order. I was so happy when I left because of the great experience I had with the entire team. You can tell they work well together and are in one accord. While we are not perfect, I truly give kudos when it's warranted. I tell you this team deserves a special shout out and a special acknowledgement. Let me know how I can contribute!!!!!

I seen some night stands online the night before and went into the store on Friday, April 1, 2022, before closing at 6pm. I arrived approximately 5:30pm, and not one salesperson greeted me nor asked me if I needed any help. A worker leaving for the day said hi. However, a young black woman, white woman sitting at the customer service desk, and a black man sitting behind them on the desktop DID NOT OFFER TO ASSIST ME AT ALL. I proceeded to walk around the store looking for the night stands until I found them. I loved what I seen, but I did not purchase the nights because their CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. I would rather spend my money with people who acknowledge my presence and greet every customer. I rushed to the store from Westminster after work to PURCHASE the night stands on purpose. A sale lost.
