African lady was very rude. I had an appointment scheduled and she took other patients over me when I asked her if she had my appointment details she said I never checked in even though my name was on the check in screen. She was unprofessional and I told the lady she didn’t have to be rude considering she was purposely skipping over me. She said I can sit down and wait and she since she’s being rude she wasn’t going to see me and closed the door in my face! She continued to call other people names and called the police on me because I wouldn’t leave for my SCHEDULED appointment. I will never visit this clinic again! This lady needs to be fired and she refused to give me her name when I said I was going to contact her supervisor. She should not be working here. She should not be allowed to treat people this way!

Very disappointing treatment and rude nurses/doctors! I took my teenage son for a sports physical. We were 3 minutes late. their check in computer was not working. The nurse's door was closed with a note on the door saying she was busy with a patient. I knocked on the door, since it was my appointment time. She was so rude and nasty. She brushed me off, waived me off with her hand and said I must just make another appointment. This disgusting treatment is completely unacceptable! She did not even have the decency to keep her door open to let us know that she is available. I will never go there again!

Worst place to get titer test for varicella or anything else. They turned me away twice when the appointment was already confirmed online and said that there was no one there to complete the service. First time they canceled it after I had already arrived. Second time around she said the same thing. I was very upset and as it turned out, there was somebody all alone to take me. The lady simply didn't want to do the service. She even tried sending me somewhere else but finally caved. She then brought me in the back, meanwhile I had no confidence that they could complete the blood draw. They acted as if they've hardly done them. These people made me nervous. I told myself I'd never go back. I won't.

Very long delays for no reason (no other patients, no one to ask what’s going on…)

Horrible experience! I would give 0 stars if possible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I showed up for my 9am appointment on Saturday for a PPD reading, the nurse never showed up, regional manager was called and a mistake was made no one was placed on the schedule., Clinic was canceled the entire day. Came in Sunday morning and was met with a very rude and arrogant nurse who did not want to be bothered with my situation, I did not get anywhere and when I finish typing this I will call her supervisor to describe the horrific experience and waste of my time.

The NP was friendly and thorough, and when she noticed abnormal results from a routine test she recommended a follow-up with my PCP. It turned out to be a false alarm but I'm glad that she kept me informed.

Made appt online for 1:10. Got there early (1:00) and checked in at the kiosk. Kiosk told me I had a 24 minute wait time. So, I walked around cvs for 15 minutes to kill time. 1:15, (still earlier than the 24 minute wait time the kiosk told me) I headed back to the waiting area. Was welcomed by a very rude and arrogant mid level provider. She was chatting with a fellow employee and telling me she was “looking everywhere for me” I told her my wait time showed 24 minutes when I checked in and I apologized. I asked her if she walked around the store and she scoffed that it’s not her job to hunt down patients and I should have been available as appt time was 1:10. I told her I was sorry but I was just going by what the wait time at the kiosk told me upon checkin. As if somehow I should have known that was not accurate. Aside from that, poor bedside manner during appt and totally unprofessional. As convenient as minute clinics should be, I’ll stick with my primary care provider.

Go to Wegmans pharmacy. Much better customer service. Worth the drive just to avoid insanity that is CVS.

Staff aren't the smartest. I went in on a weekend since I work full time and wasn't able to see my PPC. Everyone in my house had been on antibiotics for the same symptoms I had & had gotten better. I told them that and they said I probably had a virus and it would clear up in 3-5 days. They also said I had an ear infection that should clear up in 2-3 months and might cause vertigo. Needless to say I'm still not better... and yes, I did get vertigo.

I will never go back to this or any other minute clinic after my most recent experience. I had been sick about 5 days and I was pretty sure it was Strep Throat so I made an appointment and got a Strep test done on Friday. The practitioner did not seem very competent or confident in her ability to properly conduct the test. It came back negative but she said she would send it out to the lab for additional testing. The next day (Sat.) she called and said the lab test was negative but that if I was still sick on Monday I should make an appointment with my primary care physician. Its Monday and I'm still sick, so I went to see my primary care physician today and my strep test immediately came back positive. My doctor said that if I have been sick over a week now then previous tests should have come back positive as well. I have been miserably ill & CVS failed to positively identify my strep throat 4 days ago and basically told me to get a second opinion. So why did I pay CVS Minute Clinic?! And it was Not Cheap!!! Completely worthless visit.

I heard about the Minute Clinic when I was applying for CareFirst's Blue Rewards Program. The Minute Clinic is located in the back of the CVS (inside of Quince Orchard Market Place) by the pharmacy. It opens Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. They are closed for lunch on Monday through Friday from 2:00 to 2:59PM and Saturday from 1:00 to 1:30PM. The Minute Clinic can treat over 125 conditions. Their family nurse practitioners and physician assistants are certified to provide these services for adults and children: diagnose and treat common illnesses, injuries and skin conditions, administer vaccinations, injections, screenings and physicals, write prescriptions when medically appropriate, and provide patient education and recommendations. Technically, there isn't any available staff when they open for business because they have to jump on a thirty minutes conference call. When you arrive, you should add your name to the check in workstation. On the workstation, it will display the estimated wait time. I came here for a wellness screening. They asked me my height and weight and then proceeded with the blood work. The whole process wasn't shorter than a regular visit to the physician. I liked how the results from the bloodwork was ready for review within minutes.

The cashiers don't know how to do their job and are extremely slow. The minute clinic is extremely slow. Just wanted a vaccination and waited an hour for a shot.
