Had a great experience buying my mini cooper. Karen Kliaz was exceptional; first by answering all my questions before I arrived at the showroom, then throughout the test drive and purchase process, then the orientation before driving off with my new car.
The purchase paperwork was the fastest I ever experienced with no endless after add-ons sales pressure!

Romario was one of the best sales agents we’ve ever had—definitely the best at MINI, and I’d even argue the best in the DMV area. After experiencing terrible customer service at other MINI dealerships, Romario was a breath of fresh air, with exceptional knowledge of everything MINI. We were lucky to come across him, especially on a holiday weekend. He was a true advocate for the brand and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish.

Approximately three weeks ago, I brought in my 2024 mini Cooper convertible. I loved that little car, HOWEVER it proved to be too small.
The vehicle was being serviced and I approached a young man regarding if they take trade-ins. Mini of Montgomery employee Karen was absolutely essential in my decision to trade in a car I was in love with for a new Mini.
Karen walked me through the lot and showed me many vehicles. He then informed me that the new 2025 Cooper S would be coming in and it might be the vehicle for me!!!
He was extremely patient, sat me down at his desk and we went through all the 2025s that would be coming into his location within the next couple of weeks. I decided on a color and it would be about three weeks before the vehicle arrived. Within the three weeks I had called him and wanted to switch the color, “no problem”he said!
Karen kept me regularly up-to-date regarding the vehicles arrival. When the vehicle arrived, he called me. Additionally, he sent me videos of the inside and outside, which were absolutely fantastic!
Yesterday my trade-in and getting my new vehicle was seamless! I showed up at Mini of Montgomery and Karen had refreshment and paperwork lined up for me so we could just get it done! Karen sat with me in the vehicle helped me to download the new Mini app, as well as showed me every single feature with in the vehicle!!
As we chatted during the process, I had also told him about my granddaughters misfortunate first day of school! At the end of our visit and me driving home in my new vehicle, he gifted my granddaughter, a Mini mascot, stuffed animal for my granddaughter! What a generous young man! Exceptional work ethic!!! Genuine kindness goes a long way!
I would recommend MINI of Montgomery County to anyone who is looking for a wonderful experience with such an important purchase! Karen is wonderful!

Just purchased my 2025 mini from Mini of Mont Co and had a very positive experience working with Karen. He kept me updated throughout the process as I waited for my car to arrive and made the process very easy. Nick the GM was very efficient with signing all the documents, and I appreciated not being pushed to purchase additional packages.

Karen Kliaz did a fantastic job helping me get my Hardtop S! He ensured the process went silky smooth. From a test drive to a drive home in a new ride. He welcomed into the showroom full of wonderful amenities, demonstrated great brand knowledge like a true motoring advisor. This is my favorite go to place when shopping for a Mini since 2020.

I was very pleased with my experience with the guys at MINI of Montgomery. Karen was superb in his service and response to any and all questions. I highly recommend to anyone shopping for a MINI in this area. UPDATE after over a month since I purchased my car, I am disappointed to report that numerous phone calls, emails and text messages to the dealer, have resulted in zero response in getting my license plates- and I was just going to transfer the plates I already had. So, they charged me for new plates and ignored my instructions and now I have temp plates about to expire.

Awesome experience with Edio Alarcon. He always puts the customer on the forefront. Unfortunately the car I wanted sold before I could make it there. I tried to purchase the car online but was too late. You have to be really quick when trying to buy a Mini the fully loaded Mini’s go really quick.
I have purchased two Mini’s with Edio in the past and 4 years later he still remembers me. Wow!!! You can only imagine how many cars he must have sold over the last 4 years and still remembers me. This kind gesture from a recent visit to the dealership made me feel like a true family member.
Thank you so much to Edio for all that you do and also Laura Cortes who helped me during a recent service visit. It is these assets that set them apart from the competition. Remarkable!!!!!. Amit…???

We enjoyed working with Brian to purchase our bright yellow new 2025 Mini Cooper S. He worked hard to help us find just the right fit since we had to abandon our desire to have a manual. He was wonderful at communicating with us throughout the purchasing process.
