I wish I could give them 0 stars. The one English speaking employee is rude, tries to talk over you and quickly sells you cases that don't fit the phone, only to tell you quickly that metro PC's offers no refunds or exchanges. Calls the manager, speaks in Spanish, tells a lie or different story and sits back to wait for the manager to biasly take her side without asking questions. They encourage vast dishonesty here. Stay away from this store. We need to teach them that consumers have rights and this illegal behavior will not be tolerated. The manager had the audacity to mention that the employees are Hispanic, so what. What does the dishonesty have to do with them being Hispanics. That in itself is demeaning. The manager refused to listen or provide any positive position in a practice that was clearly deceptive and dishonest. What a business.

I went to open an account there and I bought some earbuds. I wanted to return them because I didn’t like the quality of them so I went the same day to return them and they didn’t want to return my money. I only open them to charge the earbuds because it was low on battery which is normal then I put them on for like 5 mins and I didn’t like the quality so I decided to return them. I went back to the store where I bought them but they didn’t want to return the item.I went back that same day, base in the return policy you have until 14 days to return them plus there is no sign in the store that says final purchase. That’s what I have it a 1 if I could I would give it a -0.

The manager Jocelyn had a really bad attitude.She rolled her eyes and spoke to me without any patients. When I asked her if there was a problem she said I kept asking the same questions. As a customer I would really like to understand what I'm buying, and it's very unfortunate that she does not like to be asked questions. It almost seemed as though as she did not want to be bothered or asked anyting. I've never experienced this before at other locations. Just be prepared for a person with an attitude.
