This is the Metro PCS off Diamond Avenue in Old town Gaithersburg. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.... Stay away from here... I need a manager to reach out to me as I am very annoyed by the level of dishonesty displayed here.I am writing for there was an incident at Metro PCS in Gaithersburg that really took my pressure up for the dishonesty and rudeness that ensued. I am a loyal t-mobile customer of 25 years. My Aunt has an account with Metro PCS and needed to go in to update her phone as her old phone broke and no longer works. We walked into the store on 3/23pm at 7pm and bought an Iphone 14 as they only had Iphone 11 and 14 in the Iphone series.We walked out, not knowing that there was no exchanges or refund or any flexibility if you did not like the phone, even within less than 24 hours. They also sold us a case that did not fit the phone. My 67 year old Aunt went home and realized that the phone was too big as she was upgrading from an Iphone 5 and that she would prefer an Iphone 13 that was smaller than the 14.We went back to the store tonight, 3/24/23 and told them we'd like to change the phone, and* We were told that the policy is there are no changes at all* We were also told that they have other phones on display but they do not sell those phones* We were told Metro PCS does not have flexibility for exchange or refunds* We were told they only had Iphone 11 and 14 and one cannot order any phones as there is no flexiblityWe agreed that ok if that's the policy, we understand but the phone case that was sold to us, clearly was labeled for Iphone 13 and did not fit the 14 as the buttons were unaligned and the girl who felt that she is the only one who spoke English, started to fast talk me and told me that they couldn't do anything about selling me the wrong case. I was so upset.If there is a camera, please check this date as soon as possible to see that they sold us the wrong case. This was so disrespectful and such a waste of my time. She told us she would call the manager, I was thinking the manager was there and would come from the back, instead she called the manager on her phone and asked me to talk to the manager on speaker. When I got closer to speak to the manager, she told me I was standing too close to the girl and suggested something racist.I am not asking for money back as I now understand this is metro PCS policy, but I am expressing my discontent at the level of dishonesty that was displayed tonight. The employee who was the only one who professed to speak English, called the manager, spoke in Spanish, the manager came on the phone very rude and bias and refused to listen to the fact that they had also with everything else we were just discovering, sold us the wrong case that was not aligned with the buttons on the phone and hence made it difficult to operate the phone.The employees at this store really need training because they are very rude and dishonest. I knew when the English speaking employee called the manager and spoke Spanish to her, I knew she was lying to her. She refused to tell the manager that she sold us a case for IPhone 13 to fit an Iphone 14. I tried to explain to the manager and she refused to listen, taking sides with the dishonest employee. Wow. This store is absolutely the worst customer service I experience. This review is worth 0 stars.. The am extremely disappointed. The funny part is I bought the speaker and loved it, not knowing the store would have so much dishonestly going on there and such no direction and rude employees..

Kelly is an exceptional associate who has provided outstanding service over the course of the last two weeks. In that short time, I have had to replace my device twice, and Kelly was instrumental in that process. Truly, I didn't want to make any decisions without her input. Hands down, Kelly has earned 6 stars out of a possible 5.

stay away! fraud - bad phones - dishonest staff! if you want to lose hundreds of dollars on bad equipment and then, despite the written guarantee of full refund within 14 days, be told to go to hell when you try to return the phone the very next day (as any best buy, target, or walmart allows!!) .. this is the rinky dink, lying - "can i bring it back? of course!" - metro shop for you. but hey, set a match to your money and save the fuel & time of driving out this far from civilization. next to a chinese grocery..i even had threats of violence from several loitering gang- like types in the parking lot i bought a moto-g 5g stylus. don't!!!! its slower than my 2yr old lg; the camera sucks; hotspot is worthless; and the 5g pathetic. lte is faster!! these guys - ask for jose - are cons & rip-off artists smacking of tijuana or.. bogota. rip-off inside; thugs outside. summary: bad phones. fraud. violation of ethical business practice. dishonest staff who lied when i tried to return the non-working phone very next day. fraud in advertising. selling bad equipment. metro and tmobile both refused to be back their brand name on the receipt, promising "cheerful" full refund within 14 days. i was only out that far after seeing a local dc suburb surgeon. no one else was in the shop. that was the first red flag. hundreds of dollars just wasted. in a pandemic!! is this the kind of business we want anywhere in america - thieves? they know their phones and service don't work!! just hooligans. racist. threats in the parking lot..just sickening. this shop and metro - need shut down. i filed fcc, fraud, bbb, and ftc complaints. if you were robbed or hurt - you should too!! money is harder to cone by in the pandemic and shops need to stand behind every product. who ever heard of such things? what is montgomery county doing allowing this? they need to protect us from rip-off artists.

Mirian was excellent. She is knowledgeable. She was the only employee at the store with 3 customers and she took care of everyone courteously and provided top notch customer service.

I was overly impressed by the service I received. I walked in expecting to be long to port my number, I worked with Gizelle, a customer representative, who not only answered all my questions but able to get me in and out in 15 minutes, online account setup, and number ported ! I am sold ! The best service yet !
