I just wanted you to know how terrible the customer service was at mattress warehouse. Me and my friends (we are all girls btw) got approached by an old man asking us to walk to his car (which is super sketchy) and we immediately thought we were gonna get kidnapped. Luckily there was a mattress warehouse right there so we said we would ask if they could help with that. Inside there were no customers and two employees sitting around doing nothing just on their phone. So of course we were super scared and asked for help and they said, “can’t you do it yourself”. We tried explaining the situation but they didn’t care, kicked us out and continued being on their phones. Luckily the man walked away into his car but we could’ve gotten kidnapped.

Had a fantastic experience with Saba!! She took her time, showed my daughter several mattresses and gave her great information/feedback on what to buy. There was no hard seek and she stayed within the budget we described. I can’t wait to go back to see her for my next mattress purchase.
