Delivery service is terrible. I ordered two but received only one. I bought two adjustable bases but one didn’t work so they had to deliver another one. Salesperson didn’t take full responsibility for the sale and delivery arrangements.

I had a wonderful experience at this store location!!! Stacy was really great at explaining the difference with each mattress and base. She also, made me feel very comfortable and not pushy like most sales representatives can be. Stacy was also VERY patient with helping me and my husband find/choose the best mattress and base in our price range. She went over different options until we found what would work. I highly recommend this store location!

I had some problems with my on-line order and needed to add the removal fee. Tried on line customer service several times with emails and filling out forms with NO response. I called the local store and talked to Stacey who fixed EVERYTHING. She was kind and knowledgeable and followed through!!!

The store’s layout was excellent. Stacy our Rep was very knowledgeable of the store products and Stacy’s attitude and approach was delightful. This location ((Gaithersburg) was recommended to me and I would also recommend this location in the future. We purchased 2 beds. 1 queen Sterns/Foster and 1 Cal King Sterns/Foster.
