Bad customer service, no explanation of services. The owner pushes employees to move fast and get things done fast that affect cleaning services. It isn't worth the amount of money with services provided, I wouldn't recommend it.

I had a terrible experience at Master’s Carwash. Despite paying for the ultimate service, my car's exterior was still dirty, with noticeable spots and grime left untouched. Bird poop was still there. Windows and interior were no better, still covered in dust. I really wish I gotten a better service since it was my first time here. Definitely would not recommend.

Young and his team did a terrific job of detailing a car that had been sitting under a tree for over a year! It looked years younger after they had worked their magic!
Took it straight to Car Max and got $12,000 for it! Thank you!!

I don’t know how or why this place has so many negative reviews... I take my cars here quite often and they always do a great job inside and out. Never had a bad experience here over the years. Although a slight language barrier, The owners are always so friendly and you can tell they work hard.

Ain’t paying for this place anymore, making me pay $27 for a job i can do? they clean the outside good but nah the inside? left it like nothing…. Ain’t coming back here . Disappointed this is the 3rd time it happens i don’t know why i kept coming here, but my final straw. they don’t even clean the mats and even had the audacity to move my SEAT so i cant see that they didn’t clean the front like ??

Literally came home and still see bird poop on my car. “Ultimate wash” girl pls it’s giving “I’m going to take ur money and waste time” wash. They’re also dismissive. I understand there’s a bit of a language barrier but?? Question mark? Only decent thing they did was vacuum, but if you have one of your own just do it yourself. You don’t get what you’re pay for. Por favor, go somewhere else & don’t waste your money here.

Best Car Wash Service I could ever get. After your car is washed there you will start feeling like you are in a New car. I wish I could give them 10 Stars. They are open on Sunday also.

As others who have left a review: DONT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE. I have wheel damage and the OWNER/Manager blames me. I had ZERO DAMAGE prior to wash entry.

My trocá was dirty I admit, but they charged me 65 dollars to wash it and they give me this, I told the owner and he said that it was inside the rhine and it is not true, very bad service I do not recommend it

It's my first time coming here and I really liked how they washed my car and I paid the cheapest price and I can imagine when I pay more, congratulations.
