The massage therapist I 've booked at this venue is very good. But its management never delivered on its promises regarding my dealings with my original member clinic. And neither that clinic's management never nor the company wrote me about the sudden closing of that clinic or about what my membership options were thereafter. Additionally, getting appointments has been hit or miss when you have a popular therapist and the prices keep rising to a point where it isn't worth the hassle!

You call them to make an appointment, all they say they are fully booked, and would not even offer an option for next time. Very unwelcoming. This happened multiple times. If they are not taking new customers then they should post a disclaimer about it.

Just Came out of the massage center. Lots of shady things I have noticed. First of all I was given 45 minutes session instead of 60 minute session. I was promised to include hot towels and other services for an extra $10, but nothing was done. I came off literally with oil on my back and my shirt wiping it off.

The Biggest Issue with all of our local Massage Envy locations is no appt times and the web app only goes out 1 month, so you are perpetually left without options. Horrible management

It has been impossible to schedule appointments! I had a membership but canceled it because I could rarely get appointments that worked with my schedule. Be prepared to have your appointments canceled after you go through the trouble of scheduling them. I am getting the run around from management about refunding unused credits. I do not recommend a membership or going to this location. I’m going to continue to spread the word on social media.

Stay away! I live in Crown and joined under a member based monthly credit based plan. Three times my appointments have been cancelled and needed to be rebooked further out. I was charged for the monthly credit and can’t even use them. Absolutely terrible situation. Do yourself a favor and find a massage therapist that can perform the same services in your home. Avoid the overhead and ensure the money goes in the hands of the person performing the service. I’ll be out close to $200 with no services performed. The supply does not meet the demand. I don’t write reviews unless you are stellar or absolutely need improvement feedback. I could go in greater detail but it’s not worth the time to share feedback I provided directly to the provider already.

I received a gift card and wanted to schedule an appointment with Peggy I couldn’t find any appointment online and none were shown past March. This morning I walked in to schedule one in person and the front desk lady named Caitlin had such an attitude. I don’t care that she didn’t greet me but to have an attitude is so unprofessional! I gave her a mean look and was about to say something but she can’t care less and I didn’t feel like wasting my time. Once she realized I was mad, she tried to look for one and suddenly found one within 2 weeks from now. You clearly don’t like your job that’s fair don’t take it out on potential clients she’s the reason why I will not be coming back to this location in my neighborhood. I asked for her name when I walked out not sure if she gave me the right one. This happened on 01/27 around noon!

Totally incompetent...basic customer service doesn't exist. Two scheduled appointments canceled by this location, on the day of the scheduled appointment, and they decided just to send a text message and not call. Why did they not call? According to the receptionist, it's more efficient. For who, not for the customer! Just because you sent a text doesn't mean the other party read it; simply give them a call and explain the situation. If this is your company business model or practice, it amazes me how you still even exist.If I could receive half the value of what I paid for my unused credits, I would walk away from this company today! Oh by the way, there is no manager or supervisor onsite until Monday....really?Update: Reached out via the response and no one has yet to contact me......wow!

If you have a membership to this awful place cancel it now. If you have an upcoming appointment cancel it or move it to another location. My wife and her girlfriend just showed up for their scheduled massage appointment. It was scheduled six weeks ago. They were told in an unprofessional and uncourteous matter that their massages have been canceled. The rudeness of the staff combined with even a more rude behavior by the manager telling my wife and her girlfriend that they canceled the massage because they’re shorthanded was beyond unbelievable. There was no advance notification. Please don’t let anyone step into this place. You will get better treatment at the local DMV. We have already contacted the corporate office regarding this unbelievably horrible operation at their Crown location in Gaithersburg. Avoid it like the plague.

This was a bad experience that began with previous management last year. New management really stepped up and made things right. Went from a 1 star to a 5 star. Give them a chance.

Kayla is really rude on the phone. She should learn how to talk to others. I was trying to cancel and appointment and the way she spoke to me was absolutely terrible. She supposedly works with clients. I would recommend speaking to somebody else. She needs training on how to speak to others because she is not pleasant at all.
