Outstanding service from Mannix Heating & Cooling. They installed my HVAC system and water heater almost 5 years ago and have maintained all ever since. My A/C went out last Friday -- another of our 2024 heat waves and the technician came that night and quickly repaired the A/C. Thank you Mannix!

Tech Erick Aviles was very responsive to emergency call after our a/c unit failed unexpectedly. Mannix fees were somewhat on the high/exorbitant side. I was charged $500 for a capacitor that costs $20 and took 15 minutes to install.

I paid for a plan to have this company come to my home 2x a year to inspect my ac system. They showed up 1 time and never showed up the second time. I’m not happy at all! I regret buying the system from them. Now they want to schedule me in August 3 months out! Horrible customer service.
