Rude customer service when deliver food. Employees or volunteers give to their friends all meat that is scheduled for that day, and not meat for people that did a reservation for it.

Be careful and tight-lipped if you deal with this organization! I spent 45 minutes registering with their organization so I could get a one-time food pickup for myself, wife and three children. They asked me for so much personally identifiable information that I felt it was an interrogation. Would this also apply to undocumented individuals? Manna says it doesn't reveal information to the Government, so why does it ask for it? It even asked me if everyone in my family is a US citizen! Our incomes. Our addresses. Our phone numbers. How long have we lived where we are. Our email addresses. Where do we work. I later emailed them asking that they delete that information; no response. Do they sell that information to others? Further, the food was enough for about one day of consumption. While I appreciate that the food was made available for my family and me, should I ever go again to a food bank, which is rare for me in any case, I will choose one where people can be given food with basically no questions asked: not for the purpose of repeatedly getting free food at others' expense and charity, but to avoid a long and drawn out invasion of privacy by the organization. Is there something else going on here?
