We just rented our flat and couldn't have done it so quickly and efficiently without Liat's guidance.Liat was incredibly helpful and supportive though out the process. She was quick to respond to our questions and provided much needed and sage advice on how we should structure our lease.I highly recommend Liat. Liat Shapira is an excellent real estate agent. She is professional and willing to go beyond her duties to make clients happy. She is very agile and organizes. She cares about her clients and she is committed to helping you buy your home with a hassle-free process. She also took care of couple items out of her courteousness after the purchase was complete.

We asked Liat to assist us in finding a new home. She found us an incredible home in a highly competitive market. She successfully worked through the bid process with us being the winning bidder, while making sure we did not overpay. During the actual sale, the Seller was quite difficult and she navigated us through the various challenges, allowing us to close on the house while still getting our needs met for the actual purchase. Always professional and a wonderful person, Liat is a great asset to have on your side.

Liat was hands down the best agent we could have worked with to find and buy our new home. She was there every step of the way helping us through a tough and unusual negotiation between us and a developer. Liat had our house sold in less than 6 weeks. She went above and beyond every step of the way. From getting it ready to sell in less than 2 weeks, pricing it right and making sure it was listed/seen in as many places as possible, setting us up with a great escrow agent -- basically guiding us seamlessly through the entire process - to ultimately finding us our rental home. A great professional experience! She will definitely be our first choice when we decide to buy again!

I only have praises for Liat. She has been instrumental in every way to finding tenant for our house. We live out of the country and we couldn't have orchestrated the whole process of finding the tenant and getting the house ready for the tenants without Liat's top quality professionalism as well as her personable approach. We lived in the MD and London in the past 14 years and have rented 10+ homes, her service and commitment to her job has stood out above all.

Liat was a consummate professional. Lovely, responsive and dependable. I needed two broker opinions on 2 properties (for a living trust I had to revise) and the timeline was tight. She came over, took pictures for both properties and had beautiful reports done within 2 days. In my brief dealing with her she was just a dream. Then she followed up a few times to make sure my attorney was pleased with the reports! Really can't say enough nice things about Liat!!!!!

I needed help finding an apartment after long period of time overseas.Liat is a great listener she is really working with you and trying to get you what you need at the best deals and she's very patient and i know im picky but eventually i found what i wanted.I highly recommend working with her.
