Extremely racist staff. A friend and I just wanted to try on some frames and we were immediately racially profiled and suspected to be stealing.

Dr. Glenn was great. Heather helped me find a pair of frames that I really liked, which isn't exactly easy because of how picky I am. Overall the customer service was great, and the experience was no hassle.
I will return.

The Eye Doctor and her staff were very pleasant, professional and thorough. Then I was helped by Melissa to chose my glasses and she was just the sweetest person. Helped me chose the right glasses and advised me of what offers I could take advantage of. I would 100 recommend this place. The whole staff is very friendly and professional.

From Louie and Melissa on the front end to Dr Raja and Raven on the doctors end- these people are truly amazing. I can’t say enough about Louie’s leadership and care after I had an incident last year. You can see that he holds high standards at his store and that is shown in how dedicated and caring people like Melissa are. Thank you all for making my experience an efficient and enjoyable one.

We LOVE Louie!!!! He has helped my family of four on multiple occasions! He is kind, professional, helpful and thoughtful! Also, LensCrafters has better prices and a larger selection then other places we have been to in the past, including Costco. Their protection plan is better than the one at my kid's eye doctor's store. I wish we had gone to LensCrafters earlier.

Wonderful store. I haven't needed new glasses almost 10 years. Dr. Glenn and her staff are great and took me in as a walk-in within about 35 min. Louie processed my new glasses very smoothly. Super professional and classy place, highly recommend.

Neil was very nice and helpful from the time I walked in the store, I only came in to get my eye glasses fixed but Neil was so nice, I ended up buying a pair of sunglasses from him. Thanks for your service Neil.

Great customer service! The Doctor was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. The associates were all very kind and helpful througout my entire visit.

We were in from out of town and found this branch online. Heather was extremely helpful, my husband lost a screw in his glasses and was using a paper clip not to lose the leg . She replace the screw for us at no charge, was professonal. Highly recommend them.
