The drop off laundry service is great. It costs about $13 for a heavy bag of laundry and they wash and fold it for you. I've been doing it for years. Great employees.

I could give less than one star, this is my second time that the dryer burned my blankets, the worker started telling me that it was my fault for not checking the dryer before, but if I checked there was nothing, which is what I was supposed to see ? and he acts angry for not accepting that those dryers are useless. I will definitely never return.

The business is supposed to close at 1:30am. Final washes make sense, but 5 minutes after walking in around 12:20am, they told us they were closed.It’s unprofessional to not follow the times the business is meant to open or closed. We didn’t fight them on this, though. On the way out, we told them to have a good night and they were dead silent, just scoffing.Sometimes, a late wash is all a family has time for. If they explained it more politely, the experience wouldn’t have been such a waste. Our load wasn’t heavy, it was two bags. In and out. Wash your clothes elsewhere. Staff is unfriendly.

You have to be very aggressive if you have any hope of drying your clothes. They have way less dryers than washers so people are poaching dryers out from under you. Glad I only have to use laundromats for my big blankets.

HORRIBLE PLACE...I have nothing against my Hispanic cousins but I have never been in a laundromat where folks bring the entire family to hold washers and dryers by blocking them or putting articles of clothing in them . I had to nearly flip on the desk attendant after asking for $40 in quarters and got a very nasty "are you washing here" to which I asked why would I ask for that much change if I weren't washing? He then tells me how some people do and I reminded him that I'm not some people. However, he said nothing to the women with the army of kids commandeering machines, or the lady with the baby stroller blocking machines for others. I will NEVER patronize this place and caution any person that just wants to wash and go to patronize this place...or do so to your own detriment....oh and God forbid you have to use the restroom. It is filthy and unsanitary.

I got duped. Friendly staff but it stinks of sewage. Never coming back. The blankets can go to the cleaners from now on!
