Small space
Rusty machines there!
I'm sorry but rust on eleptical trainers and bikes and also tredmills is so disgusting.
So many broken machines.
And " body work plus abs" class with Mireille was so bad and unprofessional and could cause severe injury!
I Don't like this gym at all .

I have been at this gym for 7 years, not a thing has changed or been updated. The AC is sporadic which means it feels like a swamp when its humid out, equipment is often broken, the carpet is original and ragged, and some of the sinks in the locker room don't work. General upkeep is lacking.
On a positive side, the people who work there are great. They are very nice. I haven't left because my rate is locked in and its location is close. Otherwise I would definitely go to another gym.

One of the nicer LA fitness gyms. There's this short Asian dance instructor who always has the music in her class wayyyy too loud (almost a little painful). She's super weird - if you ask her to turn it down a little, she would turn it up even higher. There has been a lot of complaints but management doesn't do anything about it.

Have been going here over a year mostly for pool access, but also for cardio. The cardio machines are tired, but mostly work. Pool is an embarrassment. During the months they have swim lessons it is well maintained. Was generally good last winter. This summer the pool water quality has been awful and temperature swings have been common. I drive 22 miles to swim here and have wasted my time this summer on about half of my attempts to swim in this pool. Today, you could barely see the lane lines from the pool edge in less than 4 feet of water.
Aside from that, this club needs a good cleaning. Persistent drain flies and they do not consistently clean the locker rooms. I counted 12 smashed fly carcasses in the shower I used today. This was first thing in the morning, so they were not fresh kills.
Nothing a solid refresh could not fix, but dirty and poorly maintained through summer 2024. Looking for a different pool.

Very average. Customer service is pretty bad. Charged for an annual fee 3 weeks after I started even though the employee explained that I’ll be charged for the annual fee after two months. Also, you have to go to the gym in person to cancel the membership

This place goes from bad to worse the bathrooms don't work 70% percent of the time they don't have soap or paper the hot water hasn't worked for more than a week the people at the entrance when you ask what happens when they go to fix the problem problem they turn to look at each other and it makes them laugh as if they don't care what your pieces and what you say is unprofessional. Spend your money in this location, it is not recommended

This gym is my favorite of the LA Fitnesses. The amenities are great and clean, the equipment is awesome, and the staff are very helpful. Julian the manager is great. This LA Fitness isn’t the closest for me, but it’s worth the drive

I have been going here for almost two years. I like the place especially for me since i use only the pool and it has worked out. Reason for 3 stars is that they have become very unresponsive to the cleanliness of the pool. Despite leasing out a couple of lanes to an external swim school, (revenue for the facility) they are neglecting to clean the pool. I have been asking them almost everyday and written to them. But no response.

I got into LA fitness at the grand opening price and if it wasn't for the price point i probably would have left by now. The gym itself is dirty, and I fully understand it is gym, and people go there to sweat. But other gyms I've been to tend to have staff that walk around helping rack dumbbells if they are just sitting on the floor with no one around. The lockers are filthy at times they are not even cleaned daily or I just happened to encounter the same locker with blue liquid spilled in it two days in a row. The staff there is not friendly. It seems like lack of maintenance. Machines break down and stay down for weeks.EDIT: had to rate it lower and cancel my membership when someone took a hammer to my lock. I reported it to the manager who told oh well it not there problem. I just wanted a report so I can submit to my CC to get my items that were stolen reimburse. He refused to do anything.
