Amazing facility and staff. Immediately felt it was the best option for our child. We looked at several other child care options in the area and Kiddie Academy is definitely among the best.

My son loves Kiddie Academy of Gaithersburg and he now eats all his veggies and he is learning so much every week! He can write his full name and counts amazing and talks to me pretty clear for his age. Kiddie Academy has made learning fun and all the teachers and staff keep me posted on how my son is doing and learning! Also I know what I can do at home to continue his learning! They call his classmates friends which is great because Dominic has a very positive view on life at a young age!

My daughter has attended this daycare for 4 years almost and I would highly recommend. It's safe, they have cameras, and good communication habits with the parents. My daughter has learned a lot while here and has always enjoyed her teachers. Facilities are clean as well.

After sending my son to another school, I clearly knew the difference with this school. My son is two years old . The teacher has no love. I do not recommend

I do recommend this daycare because the teachers and the staff are very friendly I have to say the first few days my daughter was crying. It was her first daycare but after a few weeks She felt comfortable and she enjoys being there best part for me is that I can watch my daughter while she’s at daycare which that’s a plus .I feel like she’s learning too. Every day she speaks a little more and they do provide breakfast, lunch and a snack in the afternoon which is pretty cool.

The knowledge possessed by all levels of staff regarding early childhood development and behavior is astounding! More importantly, the compassion they show for the children in their care (in my experience) has put to rest any anxiety I had as a parent leaving my baby in someone else's hands. The director also takes the time to answer my endless barrage of questions and addressed every concern I had when trying to choose the best daycare option for my family. Lastly, after 4+ months, we can confidently say we love my son's teachers! They are kind and gentle and creative and spend so much of their day wrangling 2 year olds without nearly enough praise! We couldn't be happier with our choice to enroll in Kiddie Academy of Gaithersburg!

We loved it here. We enrolled our oldest child at Kiddie Academy Gaithersburg in 2019 and had our 3 kids in classrooms infant through preschool until we recently moved out of state. Terrific owner, directors, teachers, and staff. Clean, bright classrooms. Lots of creativity and encouragement, fun playground, family events, great communication with parents. We will miss being here!

I can’t say enough good things about the teachers and staff that make Kiddie Academy the wonderful place it is. They love my children as their own and provide a safe and clean learning environment for them to grow. Even teachers that have never taught my children know them by name and make it feel like Kiddie Academy is more than just an educational childcare, it’s family!

I sent my daughter here back in 2019. She was 3 years old. The teachers let her cry all day long in a corner on a couch. It used to break my heart watching her on the live cam app and the teachers not doing their job trying to get her immersed in class. She was completely ignored and expected to work through her emotions and calm herself down all by herself. I even asked them to pair her up with another kid but they completely dismissed my concerns and suggestions saying that she will join when she's ready and we don't force the children to make friends or join in. This was my first child in daycare so I didn't know any better. Now that my younger ones go to Creme de la Creme, I see a world of a difference in the teaching styles and I completely regret sending my first child to the kiddie academy. Please force the teachers to do their jobs if you choose this daycare. Other daycare make an effort to make the child comfortable and adjust. Kiddie Academy will dismiss any and all requests which require an effort on their part.

My child went to Kiddie Academy of Gaithersburg. The teacher was ok, but the manager Angela was unprofessional, she showed partiality to my child and us as parents. It looks like there are some nationalities that she does not like and we felt the effects of this on many occasions. Also, there was no clarity in curriculum. Before joining the program, she gave me one curriculum with the description of classes and kids activities, but when my child started to go there, the classes and activities that we wanted were on different days. My child went there part-time. When I raised this question with Angela, she just ignored it and when I asked to change our days of attendance, she answered that other days were not available. If I knew that the activities that I was promised would not be available to my child and that I was given a different curriculum, I would not enroll my child there. She basically lied to me, giving me a different curriculum before I signed the contract and after I did it, it was too late. The food there also was not qualitative, the menu looked much better than what kids received in reality. I regret sending my child there.

Both of our children go to the academy and we love the diversity of the students and the teachers. My daughter is only 4 and already knows the 50 states of the USA! Both of them are so excited to go to school and even tell us that we pick them up too early! The provided lunches and snacks and flexible hours has made this a less stressful experience in these stressful times. They have taken great care during the COVID situation, staying open for essential families and providing online circle times and wonderful take home packets for the children to continue their learning experience. With great hesitation, I brought them back to daycare because I could not handle two little ones at home while working. However, there have been no outbreaks as they have enhanced their drop off and pick up protocols: teachers and students over 2 yo wear masks (I actually have to remind them to take their masks off when we pick them up), temperatures are taken, and a questionnaire is asked of any covid symptoms or travels to any covid locations at drop off. My mind has definitely been put at ease and could not be happier with our children’s experience here.

We moved halfway across the country with our toddler daughter who had been in the same daycare since she was 3 months old. The transition to a new daycare was very hard for her, but Director Angela and her team made every effort to help it go as smoothly as possible. Now our daughter loves going to school and spending time with her teachers and classmates. It is a big decision to make for who will watch your little ones, and we are so fortunate to have found Kiddie Academy.
