I have a friend that has always raved about Kenwood, so I brought my car there after it was hit while parked. Brian was fantastic, kept me updated and was always friendly and helpful. I didn't feel rushed, and he stood by their work to make sure I was happy with the end result. I would highly recommend Kenwood.

All the staff are courteous and professional! They keep you posted along the process of the repair. Brian was great to work! I hope to not have to return, but if I need any repairs I know where I will go! Thank you to all the staff for a great experience and quality work!!

Comments..put my vehicle in the shop on Monday 22 July 2024, damage was minor and should be ready by Friday 26 July, was told on Friday it would be ready Monday or Tuesday, Tuesday they called said only one painter on duty so would be Thursday, Thursday was told paint pump broken would be the following Monday , received text later in the day , would be Tuesday . What was the reason my vehicle was placed at the "end of the line"?? Was told the shop workers were told my vehicle was important since in there for more then 2 weeks. I "assumed " my vehicle was important the day it was put in the shop.

Kenwood Auto did a great job on the body work from an accident on my car. I delivered my car to Bethesda location and they took it back and forth to Gaithersburg for the work. They kept me informed and the car was ready well before the anticipated date. Their customer service was excellent and the car looks great!

They were ALL LEGIT!!! I hated getting rid of my car but they made the process each and painless. Although I don't want to go through this again but if I do, I'm going there!!!

Great auto shop. Communication via text every morning to tell if the car is on target for completion by timeline/date was very nice.Fantastic body work. Highly recommend the Gaithersburg or Germantown kenwood auto body.
