Joe is absolutely amazing! She helped my spouse find the best shoe for her feet. She guided her in understanding her feet. She has been having arch issues for years that cause knee and hip issues. The shoes that we got helped fix all of the issues my spouse was having. I recommend Joe 100% her honesty and help is what we needed. We loved the honesty and the genuine feedback and opinions. After reading the reviews here, I decided to stop in (next time I would definitely make an appointment ahead of time) and see about getting some shoes because "my big toe hurts" when I walk ... like hobble-hurts. Jo and I had a great talk about the issue (arthritis) and a temporary solution (hard bottom shoes) and a more permanent solution (podiatrist and orthotics). She also put a plate inside of my bendy cute shoe to hopefully alleviate the discomfort until I can get to podiatrist. She was so friendly and helpful!!

I have been a loyal customer for years...and there's a reason for that. Jo is a consummate professional who knows her field like no one else. Her years of experience as well as her amazing rapport with her customers is unparalleled. It is because she takes the time to listen to each customer, she is able to find the perfect solutions. I came in recently to ask about the difference between knowing when my sneakers needed to be replaced vs. replacing my orthotics. She listened to me and walked me through everything until we came to the correct solution. My feet have never been happier.

Been coming here for years ever since my first foot injury. The careful fitting and thoughtful selection of shoes has kept me walking and hiking. Highly recommend if you are having pain when walking. Or if you just want an excellent supportive fit!

It’s so nice to have stores like this, rather than going online or to big box stores! I was very pleased to find this place, and that it was right here in Gaithersburg! I picked up a pair of sandals (thongs?) today, but will be back for all of my shoes. Jo is very friendly and knowledgeable! I’m looking forward to going back (probably Birkenstock’s for my wife).

After looking for a shoe store to help me with an achilles tendinitis flare, I found her online. I managed to visit today, and she listened patiently and gently corrected some misconceptions. Outstanding customer service provided by a wonderful individual with great knowledge (she had a licence). The store selection is also great.The only downside to going there is my wife can't just look. We went to drop off a pair of Birkenstocks to be refurbished, and somehow she left with 3 pairs of shoes.

God is Good! I promised God that I would share my testimony About Dr Agbomian on this website. I had all the signs of STD Virus but I was not too sure as to which one. Jo is amazing!So patient and knowledgeable. I get all my shoes here. I also bring my still growing, hard -to-fit kids here to be properly fit. My daughter is 12 yo and a 9.5 Narrow and my son is 13 yo and a 13 2E. Shoe shopping is usually a fiasco- Jo smoothes the way and Ihave the peace of mind of knowing my kids are wearing shoes that fit right.
