While it is very helpful that this store has a ticket system for those waiting for fabric to be measured and cut, it is unfortunate that the employees don't feel the need to adhere to it. When your number comes up, you may need to wait for others to be allowed to cut in before you. Good to know in advance.

I bought a nice sew machine, Mrs. Debbie and her coworker help me a lot. Also they give me a class how use my sew machine. they’re awesome, anything you need they have here I really like this store. Great customer service. I always come back if you need anything for my project.

Smaller shopping center. Went down one aisle and it actually looked like there was vomit on the floor. The customer service could have been better. The guy just seemed like he was ready to get off work as soon as possible. Maybe he was having a bad day.

The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. It is so worth the drive to come to this one vs the wheaton mall one. We are very excited to get sewing and received a lot of good tips as beginners.

This JoAnn is good.It gives you that warm cozy feeling like grandma's hot chocolate on a cold winter's day wrapped with her handmade quilt next to a roasting fire. That type of goodness.This place has everything. The folk's here actually are creatives, so they can help you if you have questions beyond where something is located in the store. That's always helpful.I stopped here to see if they had some seasonal bias tape that JoAnn normally stocks at their cutting counter. I had fallen in love with this particular winter design and while the Woodbridge store was supposed to have several in stock, they couldn't find them. No shocker there.No need to worry.I was in the area and the Gaithersburg store came to the rescue. The amount the system showed they had in stock, they actually had in stock and all I had to do was locate them and throw them in my cart.While I was there, I went sewing pattern and fabric shopping. The store is quite neat and clean. Unlike other stores, their pattern drawer was well organized and has all the recent releases, so if you're looking for any of the latest patterns, you have a good chance of finding it here.I like that this store is right off of I-270 and is nestled in the corner of the shopping center's parking lot. The lot has plenty of parking.This store is a win/win for customers of all pedigrees.

Sometimes it’s a little unclean but the staff are courteous and it has the sewing supplies I need. I love the sewing pattern sales !

This store has it all. The staff is God. Assisted with finding color for ribbon where packaging did mot mention. Very helpful. Highly recommend this store for all types of sewing accessory needs.

This is where I go for fabric, sewing, and craft supplies. I usually order online and pickup in store, and I always use a coupon available on the app (or website) by looking for "coupons." The best part about the store is the people that work there. They greet you when you enter, are always helpful, and ask you, "What are you making?" Which is nice because typically, a person is excited about a project they are creating. It feels good to have someone else interested in it, too.
