What a wonderful find. The staff, including the owner, were solicitous and knowledgeable. We needed to provide appropriate equipment in advance of back surgery, and everything they recommended was right-on, as were the prices. They were helpful from the first, and never oversold us. We had had prior experience elsewhere in the country, but Jessa was an absolutely oasis.

Jessa Medical put customers at the top of their priority list. I was locking for a specific item, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. They care and would make sure you get what you are looking for. Highly recommend.

Omg, I have found a great medical supply. I have went there twice before and they were so nice, and helpful. Very good on price also. This time I am new at this colostomy bag,and know one has helped me or anything. It would be the young girl at Jessa Medical. She went out of her way. They are great ????

Excellent customer service and timely with processing request. Came here today for a wheel chair for my aunt and was in and out in 10 minutes. Definitely recommend coming here for medical supplies

Need to teach their driver how to park when your taking multiple spaces. In a wide open parking lot, they park as close as possible to my car so I couldn't get in through my driver side door.

Wonderful place! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I rented a lift chair for use after surgery. Delivery and pick-up worked great. They were on time for both.Highly recommend them for whatever you may need to help you with any medical issues.

I have occasionally needed medical supplies but this time, I needed a hospital bed in a hurry. They couldn't deliver the same day because it was late, but they moved me to the front of the delivery line the following day. They're great people and the don't or price gouge. Excellent service; delver you, set-up, breakdown and pick up. You can ask for more!

They are truly Amazing. Called this morning about pediatric crutches. They had them in stock and told me they would hold them for me. I told them I was on my way after not getting home from the ER until 0300. Walked in the door helped us in and taught how to use them. Great staff!!! Took their time taught/coached her. No rushing involved just genuine concern. Customer service is impeccable ?.
