Very pleased!! I woke up to a flat tire on a Saturday, had much to do with two kids. I had a donut in the trunk so I called AAA to put the donut on, then ran a couple time sensitive errands only to google tire shops that were all closed!! Either closed for the weekend or already closed for the day. It was only 1pm, so I found JC Used Tires and thought a used tire would be okay because it's cheaper, I hadn't budgeted to buy a new tire that day anyway. It was hot, I was stressed and the kids were hungry and grumpy. We pulled up and Jamie came out, saw the donut, looked at the other tires, said to give him a moment, came back and lifted the car (he told us to stay inside since it was hot, which felt like a huge blessing), changed the tire and we were done in less than 10 minutes, it felt more like 5!He was so kind, so quick and the whole ordeal was a pleasure (much to my surprise). The cost was VERY reasonable. The tire looks great! The car drives great! I am go very grateful and I will definitely return and give a great review! Definitely give him your business!!

This place and these gentlemen are great! They helped me when I was in need of a tire. I was so worried I would pay an arm and a leg for a new tire, but a friend suggested I go here. I can see why! Great service at a great price. The guys replaced my tire and even put my spare back in the trunk after they filled it up for me. They were also very fast and efficient. I was there for no more than 15 minutes. I will definitely be going back and recommending them to others in the area. Thank you guys so much for all of your help and for helping me get back home safely!

Terrible customer service. If you want to buy you don't have the right to ask anything and you have to buy only that they want. The wors service in whole area.What disrespect were you talking about, be serios and professional, I just asked simple questions about the product that I wanted to buy, it is normal to ask, inquire and expand the relevant information about what I want to buy. If you do not have the necesary skills and competencies to perform a good customer service is better not to open stores. Diligent, professional and ethical people are the ones who have an extraordinary future ahead of them. I remind you that I went there to buy, not to get a gift, and much less to have you raise your voice and speak to me inappropriately. First learn to respect and grow as a person and then if you think about opening business. The one who has a store should take care of it, if not he can sell it, business is due to customer. That you say what is not true, to speak ill of your workers and the competition leaves a lot to be said.Go to this place if you want to be treated the worst and charged the highest prices in the market for lousy service.

I’ll be back! They told me it would be around a 45 minute wait for replacing brake pads and I was in and out in 20 minutes. JC does thorough work and didn’t try to over charge me, he even showed me the issues on my vehicle so I could see it myself. Lastly, he test drove my car to make sure everything was in working order!

Terrible customer service. They will hang up on you when you call. I called twice, once today and once about a week ago, both times I got dial toned. No words, just disconnected. I will not spend money with an establishment that is this rude. Go to Paul's, it's far BETTER!
