I purchased my Generac from JBI and it was installed beautifully and runs perfectly. After my 1 year of free service expired, I began a service contract with JBI. The technician shows up for preventative maintenance without any need to contact them. My generator has run flawlessly for several years now.

The installation team arrived right on the scheduled time to start work. We were given a clear overview of the work to be performed and how long it would take. Proper arrangements were also made to prepare us for turning off the power to complete the installation. Upon completion, we also got a clear overview of the generator's operations and got help installing the app on my phone. Excellent job indeed by the crew!

We have been using JBI for nearly 10 years now. There service and maintenance has been excellent and our Generac generator has been a god-send. It has always worked, every time we've had a power outage, and there have been numerous.
We strongly recommend JBI and the Generac generators that they install and maintain.

We were extremely satisfied with the quality of work JBI Services performed during the installation of our Generac. Despite MOCO restrictive site requirements and our small lot, its placement and the associated utility installation was very professionally and aesthetically done. We continue to use their services for monitoring and maintenance because of their integrity and commitment to our satisfaction.

JBI is a great company and easy to work with in terms of installation, service, and responsiveness. We live in Chevy Chase, MD and they are proactive in their servicing of our Generac unit. We've had the unit for about 8 years and it continues to function well.
