  This is my 2nd time refinancing with them. Excellent Customer Service. You can shop their rate using their website ivydirect.com and submit the application. Everything is easy and transparent. This time I worked Edwin and he was really helpful, always answering phone and very customer focused. I really appreciate Ivy Direct (and Edwin) for making my refinance process the easiest ever.

  Hi Luke, I saw your comment below. I really appreciated your reply. I lost my account ID, cannot login as ABC M. I am the abc M (below), and I am the one who gave you one star comment below. The original reason I gave one star was that, I applied the loan from your company, and before located the rate, I called and asked Jade about the interest rate: "whether the interest rate will increase or decrease, since you are a professional agent?" She told me that:"the interest rate will sure increase quickly according to the market." I then locked my interest rate immidiately as 4.00% (2019, Jan or Feb? cannot remember clearly); after that, 1-2 days later, the interest rate kept decreasing. I was so angry at that time about the wrong information the agent provided me. At that time, I hate them so much. So I gave you one star at that time. Today, I saw Luke's comment. I thought that we must have some misunderstandings. I texted Luke, to my surprise, Luke called me immediately. We talked a very long time, and Luke was a very patient gentleman, he explained everything to me in details, which made me realize that I did misunderstand them. And I really appreciated Luke's attitude to clients and customers, and the way they were solving problems. I feel that Luke is really reliable. Generally speaking, the service was good and of high quality. I called you several times, and you replied quickly and efficiently. The loan application process moved smoothly. Miss Guo is not the agent to discuss with clients, but she is underwriter. She treated me as friend so freely shared her opinions with me. I should not give her bad comment. Now the misunderstandings were completely solved, and I really appreciated their working attitude. Today I completely changed my mind. Luke and Miss Guo are very professional, reliable. I give them 100% scores, five star. I withdraw my previous comment, and apologize to them for misunderstanding them. I strongly recommend Luke for business.   My colleague recommended me this company, which is fantastic. I did a refinance on my condo in NJ this month. The whole process went very smoothly---it took only 17 days to close my deal after I locked in my interest rate. Ying L. ,who is the contact person in my case, is very nice and efficient. She reviewed my docs very carefully and made sure my deal would close in time. Actually, all people from Ivy I emailed to are all friendly as well. Finally, the interest rate is very good, compared to that from the peer banks. Highly recommended this company. An A+ rating definitely~
