Can always trust they will have my best interest in mind. It’s scary going to a mechanic when you know very little about cars. This review is for the md state inspection performed and the excellent tag and title service performed by Lorraine. Nice surprise from this hidden gem of a shop amongst a sea of others in the area. Md state inspection was performed immediately upon arrival 15 minutes past my schedule appt time. My fault for running late.. I had anticipated waiting a long time (I came from pep boys earlier in the week for new tires and I was there for 2.5 hours). They got me in and out of there in 30 minutes. Tag and title service was as quick and efficient as it can be. I sent all the information to Lorraine over text and within 45 minutes my tags and registration was ready for pickup. I'm not the type to spend $79 for sheer convenience normally but money well spent for the speedy service and not having to wait hours at the MVa only for them to turn me away for one thing or another. Lorraine saved me probably 2 or 3 trips to the MVA. The tags and registration even came nicely packaged for me when I arrived for pick up. She even put the stickers on the plate for me too.. very efficient process and I highly recommend going to her for this service.

Made a same day appointment for Maryland inspection, two hours later it was done. Initially it failed due to a missing lug nut, but I found the dealer hadn't installed the locking lug nuts and they were in the glove box. Inspection Plus put them on for me and changed the status to passed immediately. Will be back!!!

I've been here twice and have met both Amir and Lorraine. Both are extremely friendly and professional! My second time here, I accidentally booked a service that was not needed. Lorraine was very kind and welcoming although I had wasted her time. 10/10 highly recommend.
