If I could rate this location lower than a one star I would. I waited over 30 minutes to be acknowledged after i arrived in the Gaithersburg, Md office, only to be asked to wait 15 minutes. I finally sat down with a tax preparer, and showed him my 2022 returns. The preparer proceeded to repeatedly attempt to talk me into doing my returns at home, even though I told him I didn't want to do them and wanted to make sure they were right this year. After the 3rd or 4th time listening to the preparer recommended that I complete my returns at home, I walked out..
