These hotels are the best. Spacious rooms with kitchenette (dishwasher included). Highly recommend. This hotel was close to everything, restaurants, shops, Costco, etc.

Room was spacious but very outdated. Bathroom sink leaks. Floor all wet.
Rooms: Everything is minimal. But kitchen seems serviceable

This is about a 45 min drive from DC & the National Mall (depending on traffic). I like the location (close to Costco, gas stations, grocery store, sub shop). The room was large and clean, but the AC was annoying to work with - it would either make the room too cold or too hot - so I was constantly changing it. Breakfast wasn't great, but that's why you have a kitchenette. The parking lot is far from the front entrance too.

There was a mix-up at the hotel where we should have been in with the family but this was a good place to stay. The only issue I had was that the DirecTV remote in the room that we were staying in was not paired to the TV or to the DirecTV. I partially paired the DirecTV. But this is a central location to everything that is on Frederick Avenue.

This place was disgusting. I should have known when someone was in the lobby screaming about a bug when we were checking in. We arrived late and just needed 1 night stay while driving through. The bed had a burn hole in the comforter, makeup on the pillows and what looked like a poo smear on the sheets. It reeked of weed. I am appalled we brought our kids in there. We turned around and asked for our money back and the supervisor who checked us out gave no apology and checked us right out. Didn’t seem surprised at all. And, after promising our money back my email cancellation shows it’s after the cancellation window and charges will be incurred.

It's a really good hotel for pets, but one of the front desk staff is little bit mean.
Food and drinks: Many restaurant nearby it.

Our room got flooded from water leaking from the floor above. Our belongings were soaked including a laptop. Upon checkout, the front desk offered reimbursement for the inconvenience THEMSELVES. I did not even have to ask. Fast forward to today, I received my credit card bill, I was not reimbursed. I was charged the full amount. Called the hotel and they said there’s no record of this and therefore cannot refund anything now. Never expected a Hilton hotel to conduct themselves like this. Will never be staying at a Hilton again.

My particular room was disgusting. Mind you, my two coworkers said that their rooms weren’t as bad as mine so your experience may vary. My room had stains on the walls, headboards, furniture, and carpets. The doors and wood furniture was sticky and obviously not been wiped down. There were ants crawling on the night stand. I cut my stay short and will book a different hotel.
Rooms: Disgusting

The pictures are misleading. The room are extremely dark. The floor carpet is black/brown/gray, furnitures are dark and the walls are gray. No amount of opening the windows or lights make the room bright as you see in the pictures. The picture make the walls look white but it’s not white! It was depressing even on a bright sunny day. The smell is chemically which was irritating. The bathroom ceiling fan didn’t work and was covering in an alarming amount of dust it’s like no one ever looks up at it I guess. I mentioned these on my way out and supposedly the place with be getting renovated which it desperately needs but until then, I recommend that everyone waits UNTIL it does. I would NOT stay here.

The best hotel in Gaithersburg! I came from London, UK for a few weeks to visit my Mrs who lives there. We both stayed here & we were astonished with how amazing the stay was. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Big shoutout to Barbara who made us feel welcomed & comfortable. Amazing woman. Thank you very much. The breakfast was amazing & the rooms were even better. We both enjoyed our stay & will definitely be coming back!

Location and service are good. Room is large and quiet. Room issues were shower handle that never gave the same temperature per handle location so it needs fixing. So much mold and poor caulking in the shower. Fridge was hilariously loud for never being used.

I stayed here for a sports tournament and the hot tub was closed which I REALLY needed. That is part of the reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub. Real downer, sad this place wasn’t up to par. My room key also deactivated after only 1 night of my 2 night stay so I was inconvenienced with getting a new one. No waffle irons either at breakfast. 2 stars, LOTS of room for improvement.

A few years ago this hotel was great. However, it has gone down hill. We checked in at around 8pm. I opened the fold out couch, the very thin mattress (you cant sleep on it) looked like it came right out of a dumpster. Upon inspection there was food and mouse droppings under the mattress. I notified the front desk and they moved us to another room. However, I will say both rooms had many stains on the walls and furniture. The rooms both smelled like wet pets. At this point in the evening I just accepted the new room. The free breakfast is ok. Every morning it changes but they need a waffle maker and more fruit varieties. Parking is good and the staff is somewhat helpful. It was also located conveniently to what we needed. Unfortunately, though there are some significant downsides. I will note we did see an exterminator truck out front when we left. So they are addressing the mouse issue.

This was a great hotel. All of the workers we encountered were nice. When we got into our room we noticed the toilet wouldn’t flush, they moved us right away. The bed was very comfortable, the couch bed not so much, the roll away bed was also pretty comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the room seems to stay pretty hot. Like a consistent 67, unless you just get back to your room. But it’s usually very warm. We are also a LGBT+ family and we didn’t feel uncomfortable, or unsafe. It was very welcoming! The front desk employees were very nice and actually talked to us. Most front desk employees don’t usually have conversations or interact much. The breakfast was ok. The tables were always sticky though, like super sticky. We didn’t understand why, we watched them be wiped down after people would leave the table. Weird! The location was a nice distance from DC, the drive was crazy every time ? but not bad at all.
