I believe we had a great experience with Mary DeRose as our listing agent selling our Mother's home in Wheaton, Maryland. Our family lived in that home since 1966, and there was lots of memories (and stuff!) to go through and disburse. Mary was able to take in all the wishes of my two sisters, my Mom and myself, then took charge in setting up the house for sale once we moved our 92-year-old Mom to new living quarters. Mary quickly found a buyer for the home, and helped negotiate the sale to a fair price for everyone. I would recommend Mary to anyone in the area looking to sell their home professionally. Mary was a pleasure to work with on the sale of my sister's home. In addition, to the normal marketing and sales procedures that are required with any sale, Mary went above and beyond in helping me make selections when doing the renovations of this home to prepare it for sale. We were working under a time constraint due to the fact that my sister and her husband had to move out to a senior living facility. She also took the time and the additional TLC with my sister understanding how traumatic this was for her to have to sell their home of 32 years under very tough circumstances. The result was the home received 4 offers after the first open house, which was only 4 days after the listing hit the market. An offer was accepted for $63,000 above list price! I would definitely recommend Mary DeRose for the sale of your home as well. Experience plays a huge role in this business, and Mary definitely proved that with our sale.

I've worked with Mary DeRose several times, buying and selling my homes. I recently decided to sell my condo in Leisure World (which she helped me buy seven years ago). She knew exactly what needed to be done to show my home to its best advantage. I followed her directions as I trusted her implicitly. My home sold in one day for more than its asking price, and I believe it was solely due to Mary's expertise. I highly recommend Mary. She's marvelous!
