We ordered windows from Home Depot. They were installed in October- one window was measured incorrectly and could not be installed- but they said they would make it right. About 6 weeks later the replacement window arrives and it too is the wrong size - this was early December 2023. It is now February 2024 and our inquiries regarding our window go unanswered. We've called, emailed, gone in person to no avail. This is not the first time we've run into the total lack of customer service exhibited by this Home Depot in Gaithersburg. It is so frustrating.

Customer service is really bad!!!I went to pick up and order that I had ordered online through the app. And then I went to pick it up at the Home Depot. Located at shady grove. I was on the line waiting for my turn to come. Finally came and lady that was there was soo rude I don’t know what was happening or was wrong with her. But she was very rude! Like if you don’t like the job quit but don’t be rude with the customers. don’t mix your life with your work.

Busy, but car traffic disorganization. Cargo Vans, trucks ect should be at the top. Unless huge Carriers at the bottom civilian small cars at the bottom. Other than that, you won't have problems finding anything.

Friendly, helpful staff, but in my experience, not the greatest selection of items in stock compared to other Home Depot locations in the area. Just check online I guess.

Well, I just needed a socket.The socket I need is locked behind a gate and there is no one with keys. Customer service can't help so I'm going to Lowe's.

I waited 30 min for someone to cut a piece of lumber for me. I asked three store associates for help and none were able to cut it or find someone who could. I left and gave up. Won’t be buying lumber at this store. Going to a locally owned lumberyard from now on. Thanks corporate America.

The worst store manager I have ever seen.The manager her name is Kim attitude was terrible. I visited the store to buy some materials. At the first time, I saw the ring camera promotion section, but I didn’t buy it because I need to go back to job site asap. After, finish my work I went back to the home depot to buy ring camera, even I need to go around to home. I took the promotion papers and went to a cashier. But the cashier said that original price. So I talked to the manager Kim. there is a promotion section without expire date. She said let me finish her working. So I said ok I wait. After she finish her work , she went to the ring promotion section. Just took off the promotion sticker and went away in front of me without any explanation. The worst home depot branch in the area.

Went Christmas shopping here today. Bought three large boxes and carried them to my car. The one on top was a mushroom growing kit. I started to smell dead fish and then my arm started getting wet. Through my jacket! The mushroom kit had been filled with water and rotted to hell and I was completely covered. I stink worse than a sewer. I tried just removing my jacket but my white shirt underneath is completely ruined as well. I asked customer service for a new shirt and they looked at me with a blank stare and said nothing. They did say I could rinse my shirt in the bathroom, but it's a white shirt with spf built in and cannot be treated with stain remover. I have a full day ahead of me and now I'll have to go to Nordstrom rack and spend more $$$ because of Home Depot. The icing on the cake was that the customer service guy couldn't figure out how to return it so I got sick of standing there about to throw up from the rotten fish stench so I agreed to take a different one just so I could get out of that hell hole. I feel like they had multiple opportunities to make this right and failed miserably.

Had a phenomenal experience with service member Anna after having an issue with my online order, Anna went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was resolved within a timely manner, however team member Noah was probably having a bad morning or didn’t want to go to work, he was very grumpy and very antisocial after trying to interact with him by asking him a question, but my experience with Anna led me to overlook him. Shoutout to Anna and General manager Tom ?% satisfactory.

Don't buy any major appliances from here. Better off paying more and going to Best Buy. They don't allow you to return unless damaged within 48 hours. Even when you call they say they need to schedule an appointment 5 days later to assess the damage then add another pickup appointment another day and can't schedule that until the damage appointment is complete. Offered to send video or anything to help expedite. The people on the phone talk over you. Don't want to help. Sounds like a scam more than a proper business. Btw this is not the store's issue, it's Home Depot service directly.

I was racially profiled by an employee at self checkoutShe not only made rude comments. She told the other employee to watch me. Make sure I scanned everything. The behavior is disgusting. I have ears I heard everything you said. After I checked out I asked her to come make sure I scanned everything. She said oh I wasnt talking about you. Home depot don't need my money.
