Just based off the conversation with Brandon, Thanx 4 confirming my disdain 4 places like this. Bring back the good ole days of mechanics. All that word games is so pointless. Let's just be str8 honest and trusting, but more so HELPFUL! Telling someone that the diagnostic codes used from the very same type of devices u use is "like me giving u the zip code 2 my house and telling u 2 come find me" is sickening! I see why most women hate dealing with males in this capacity......just made me sick!

Took my car in for a routine oil change. When I went to pick it up, the whole left front side of my car was smashed. Staff there said they had NO idea how my car got damaged!!!! $2,500 worth of auto body repairs.
7.26.24. This event occurred on May 22, 2024. The car was not left in your parking lot for a week. It was only in your shop for one business day.
There is a police report filed on that day when I went to pick up the car and noticed the damage. Shame on Hillmuth for lying.
The car was in Hillmuth's care. I am aware of of the Maryland laws. The police officer said SINCE Hillmuth was denying any kind of accountability, I would have to file the report as a hit and run. The car was in the shop less than a day; and when I went to pick it up, the car was parked in Hillmuth's parking lot 12 feet away from the front door and bay windows.
I have brought my cars to Hillmuth for over 10 years. This is sad.

The very WORST car service in the WORLD. Stay away at EVERY cost, charged me an exorbitant amount just for a diagnostic probably because l decided to take my car , the guy at the front desk is so rude, unprofessional and bordering on disrespectful!!! Even if these guys are the last service shop in the world, STAY AWAY!!!

First and foremost, my hat off to Mr. Brandon Jenkins! Words cannot convey how much I appreciate you sir! Thank you for the extraordinary generosity! You have exceeded all my expectations and brought me immense joy. You truly made my day! Ever since I made an appointment through the site, they were very responsive. I needed to replace my tires for my Tesla and they took great care of it, knowing Tesla can be annoying (many thanks to Tire Rack for recommending this Top Rated Hillmuth) and for all Tesla owner, I 100% approved this location for all tire service. Once again, thank you so much Brandon! Hillmuth, you truly have a gentleman of scholar!

To owner: I don’t necessarily want to expose my contact information to the public and it is legitimate that I had my car service at your shop. That’s just my opinion that the quoted price at your shop was 3 times more than others and charged me for labor that didn’t inform me in advanced. I don’t know what kind of conversation that I would like to discuss with you. Quoted price is quoted price, I was comparing your price with others, simple and straight forward.

The guys at Hillmuth always go above and beyond when I bring my vehicles in for any kind of service. They make me feel like I'm a VIP everytime. They always tell me the truth and never over charge for anything. Best Crew Ever.

Great customer service!! I've brought my 2013 Chevy Traverse there a couple of times over the last few years. They are always informative, helpful, and very patient. I appreciate the work they have done to get my car fixed and safe to drive. If any of my or my daughters' cars need work, I'll be headed to Hillmuth Gaithersburg. Worst ever experience.Never had a mechanic charge me twice MSRP for parts. Spurious practice of disassembling the car so that you cannot leave after the estimate. Never will use again.Service: Brakes
