Daniel, Fernando & Carlos were wonderful. They were a pleasure to work with & helped make our move so much easier. They packed our belongings, wrapped furniture & handled everything with care. We will be using them for another upcoming move.

Daniel, Rolando, and Nelson did an awesome job! With a good morning call informing us that they were on their way, they showed up early, ready to move. They packed up our 3-story townhouse in less time than we expected and handled our items with care. When I tell you, these guys can move, these guys can move! We are extremely satisfied with their work and professionalism!

Best moving experience I could have possibly had. Gerson and Leo were professional and kind. They were careful with my belongings and made the entire process of moving stress free. Everything was carefully wrapped and taped. Booking this company was also one of the easiest things thanks to Peter. He answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company. Thank you guys!!!!!

Please avoid them !!! They are FRAUD. We recently hired them to move, they give you a package of $600 for 4 hrs. We packed most of the stuff before they came... they just had to pick some of the furniture and load in the truck and pick boxes of crockery we had packed. They were very slow...trying to use the 4 hrs package in just packing and loading the truck. We helped them load, hence they did not have much option to delay. We were all done with packing and loading in 1hr and 15 mins from their time of arrival. We had to drive 31 miles to the new place, google map showed us 34 mins to the destination. We started same time, we reached in 37 mins. and there truck did not arrive for almost 2 hrs !!!! We kept waiting at the destination and kept calling them... they did not answer in the beginning but later they called us to say they are stuck in traffic. Basically, they crossed the 4 hrs fixed price commitment, and then started charging $130/hr.
One of the strange policy they have, they don't unload the truck until they get there money and make you sign documents. It was a unpleasant experience dealing with them. Please stay away from them....

Efficient and reasonably priced but a little haphazard and they unfortunately lost 2 unreplaceable paintings. One was painted by my mother who passed away. The other was antique print from Paris. They also lost a single leather pillow out of a pair that I bought in Italy. To lose one pillow from a pair indicates disorganization.

Daniel and Daniel (there were two of them) were excellent. They communicated efficiently and worked quite fast despite the heat and having to maneuver a lot of stuff up a hill. They were also extremely friendly and made sure everything was placed where I wanted it before finishing the service. I also appreciate that when I was making a decision on which moving company to go with, Helix did not bombard me with phone calls and emails everyday but simply checked into a few times to confirm interest.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Masha and her team of movers at Helix. At every turn they exceeded my expectations. Excellent communication and service. The team of movers were polite, quick packing and careful with all are belongings. Would highly recommend them anytime.
