Harris Teeter is a nice and clean supermarket with a wide selection of products. It is known for its freshest, highest-quality meats, seafood, and produce, along with a fresh foods market. The store has a perfect temperature and very friendly staff. However, the lack of carts and baskets is problematic, making shopping difficult. Some produce, like corn ears, can appear old and picked over. While some prepared foods like sushi are sometimes decent, they can occasionally be old and lead to illness. The store has an excellent assortment and is very clean, though bagging can sometimes be an issue.
The produce...especially the fresh Corn ears looked pretty picked over...and were old some had been husked ...found to be bad looking and left in the bin.
