I went to Han’s to get my rear bumper fixed after a small collision. They were quick with providing a detailed estimate, upfront, and honest throughout the entire process. I received multiple emails with images of my car before, during, and after the work was complete, and it was done in only 2.5 days. As someone who commutes to work anywhere from 100-200 miles a day and drives a mustang, it was important to me that my car’s color match be perfect and that the work be done in a timely fashion. They did not just that, but went above and beyond to fix some other scuffs and minor body work issues around my car out of courtesy. Thank you Julio, Bryan, Mr. Han, and everyone else who helped! We’ll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic communication as well as an amazing, quick, and affordable repair! Not a single issue with this place, and though I hope to never have to return, this will be where I bring my car if I ever need body work done in the future.

I just moved to the area and my car was hit on the front passenger side. Just from pure luck i found Han’s Auto and I am sure glad I did. They fixed my car for a fair price and it looks better than when I purchased from CarMax! I would highly recommend. They are extremely capable, honest, and caring. Great work!

Very pleased with the service I received at Han’s Auto Center! It was my second time getting a car repaired by their shop. They went above & beyond to make sure I was happy before driving my car off their lot. The communication is great, I got updates regularly. There was a hold up with getting a rental arranged for me on my lawyer’s end, Julio stepped in & was able to get me one within 48 hours. He was in constant contact with me & followed up to let me know when I was clear to bring the car in for repairs. Mr. Han & Joe were very patient & took their time to explain the process throughly to me. They are both knowledgeable & experts in their industry. You can tell they care about their customers & your business isn’t just a transaction like most repair shops. I definitely recommend Han’s for your repair needs. Big thank you to Mr. Han & the team!

This review is long overdue. Han’s Auto is top class service. Great work and communication from all staff. Han himself explained to me an issue with my car in depth, which was much appreciated. The team did their all with my insurance to make sure all items were met and repaired under my claim. Han’s provides truly fantastic service and really cares about their customers!!
